I can't fault the level of service and no-pressure approach to sales that Jonathan and Martin afforded me with my recent purchase. I am very happy to have found them as they are a nice team who made the whole experience and enjoyable one and I will be happy to support in any way going forward.

I bought a rolex submariner from Tempo & Time in london, and I am very satisfied with the fast and helpful communication with the company. The watch was shipped immediately and arrived 2 days later. The watch was exactly in the same ''mint'' condition as described, and the small imperfections were already mentioned before.
I am very happy with this store and will certainly buy something here again in the future

As others have said, fantastic customer service from people who are truly passionate about what they do. Simon, Jonathan and Martin were all a pleasure to deal with. There was no pressure to buy and no feeling that I was just the next customer like at some other retailers. Really happy with my watch which was exactly as described and would thoroughly recommend Tempo and Time.

This is the first review I have ever done , and to say that it was a pleasure to deal with Time and Tempo is an under statement . I have been looking for a Panerai for some time and to say I am fussy well (just ask my wife) and I was not disapointed .The watch came and it is Superb ,knowing it was classed as Mint and knowing that not many people know what that means - IT IS MINT . The boys especially Jonathan were professional and answered all my questions without delay and kept me informed at each step. I purchased a beautiful vintage Omega Seamaster from Tempo and Time, they provided excellent service and an amazing watch. It is better than I expected and is ticking away nicely, their service is second to none and I felt like I was doing business with a well established business that I could trust, very important qualities when you are buying a watch that is almost 60 years old.

I recently acquired a new watch a few weeks back from the guys at Tempo & Time and couldn’t be happier.

I came across Tempo & Time through Chrono24 and within minutes of my email they got back to me. Johnathan was great at responding to my countless questions as well as sending the watch within 24hrs of purchasing as I was not able to visit there London office. The watch came and was even better than in the photos sent.

I will 100% be keeping tabs on there latest watches.

I was looking for a bi-metal Rolex Submariner and found one at Tempo & Time. After discussing it with Jonathan over the phone I arranged to meet up with Simon and Martin at their London office to inspect the watch. I couldn't believe my luck to find one that had recently been serviced by Rolex so was like new and at a very reasonable price. After we agreed the deal I spent some time with Simon and Martin discussing watches, etc, which was most enjoyable. I found them to be very knowledgeable and interesting young men and will certainly be looking to use their services for my future watch requirements

It was excellent dealing with Jonathan and Simon at Tempo & Time. They are very knowledgable and responsive, and open and transparent in their guidance and advice.

Jonathan and Simon are genuine honest people. I have bought from them and more recently they have sold a few of my watches. They know watches and the market extremely well, which resulted in me getting a good price. I cannot recommend them enough. Look forward to doing more business with them.

I came across T&T through Chrono24 and some searches I had set up for a specific Panerai piece. They are a small team of three; brothers Simon and Jonathan, and Martin who joined recently.
I had some questions that were answered very promptly and clearly by Martin and then by Simon.
Simon also sent me some additional pictures and I was impressed by the quality of all the pictures as well as with the fair price they were offering.
We arranged to view the watch and they had no hesitation in reserving it for a day until I could travel up to their office.
What struck me most about these guys was how genuine, honest, relaxed and friendly they were, not forgetting also how knowledgable about watches and the market in general.
After reviewing the piece, I was reassured to see that the pictures had been an extremely accurate representation of the watch.
The guys were not pushy at all and provided some additional information about provenance. 

I purchased the watch and came away from their office very happy with the overall process that was smooth, professional and a genuine pleasure.
They will need to send me the box and papers which were not kept with the watch in the vault, due to Jonathan being out of the country on business, but that’s no real issue. 

I would thoroughly recommend the team at T&T as a breath of fresh air in a market that is increasingly becoming saturated with dealers and sellers who often try to take advantage of their customers.
I look forward to keeping in touch with them and would definitely buy again. Top marks!
