Very disappointed with tempocasa bergamo
Very disappointed with this agency the tempocasa, bergamo central branch, they don’t care about their clients. As we live in London we asked for our friends to se the flat on our behalf so made an appointment for it, on a specific day, firstly they showed a completely different flat then when we made another appointment, in 2 weeks time, we have travelled from London to Bergamo for this specifically just to be informed that it’s was actually sold a week ago and forgot to tell us. Such careless receptionist and the sales team in general. Even when we were already in bergamo it was us calling them to confirm the next day appointment they didn’t even bother to call us. Anyway, we still saw the property available online and asked our friends to call and confirmed to be told that it’s was sold literally yesterday, meaning the day we travelled. Such unprofessional service, playing games and not being honest with potential buyers. Fortunately there are many other properties around we are cash buyers and will make a deal with another agency just not this one, bunch of unprofessionals.
