Ordered 2 suits. Return policy said full refund. I asked for return, they asked to reduce the amount. I said no and pointed to their own policy. They ghosted me. DONOT TRUST THESE CROOKS.

I placed an order for oneswimsuiton July 8, 2021 but have yet to receive my order. It is August 8, 2021 and I wanted this swimsuit for my upcoming trip August 20, 2021. I only received one e mail just stating the fact they have received my order and that I will get another e mail of when it has been shipped. A month for a two piece?? I have placed other orders from other companies and received them sooner than this. I wrote an e mail with no response.

I see tons of positive reviews for this company, but they’re oddly all old. I ordered four suits in June 2021, weeks later was finally shipped just one suit and received an email that my order was complete. No response to customer service email I’ve sent asking about my order status. They say on their site to contact them via Instagram or Twitter, but both accounts have been inactive since Sept 2020. Maybe they used to be amazing, but my experience has been nothing good. This isn’t about everything being perfect, it’s about letting customers know what’s going on. I don’t mind having to wait, but being left in the dark completely feels like I got ripped off.

The swim suit was very poor quality of materials. I would be afraid to wash it for fear it would fall apart in the washing machine. I would like to know when I will be receiving a credit for my return of the merchandise.

I was shocked at not only how quick I received my swimsuits, but how wonderful the quality of the material was. Nowadays things take 6 weeks and come from China but not these! Very happy and will definitely purchase from them again!
