TEMP TRIBE--a dishonest recruitment agency
Believe in me, if I could I would have given minus stars to this job agency who does not have any professional ethics.
To those who still work for this terrible agency, please listen to me carefully: Although there is nothing wrong to earn money via this agency from time to time as they use you, the more work with them the more ugly facts will be discovered, either by yourselves or the others sooner or later, but you would not or dare not to speak out of your honest opinions about this agency which I totally understand. It doesn't matter how much they mark themselves to support their staff, which they barely do actually.
For example:
1) The London Living Wage rate for an adult has been raised to £10.55 per hour since 2018. However, they pay only £9.20 per hour(last year it was £8.75)for most of the job positions on their website and App. They might increase it later under the public opinion;
2) They do nothing to stand by you when your booked/promised working time had been shrunken or cancelled by their priority clients without a proper explanation. They just want you to be a silent, obedient and cheap labour, so that they can easily squeeze each penny out from you. If you don't mind enduring these existed and those hidden injustices, and swallowing all the pain straight down, then carry on with them until the fragile, unfair and unequal employment relationship is broken one day;
3) Client's complaint is always more important and decisive than staff's, even when staff's health is in a risk, they automatically, closely stay with their clients.
Once they have realised that it is failed and not negotiable to persuade their own staff to remove or stop writing down the honest reviews, such as in Google review, which people have the right to know both sides of the negative and positive, they immediately kick the staff out. There is an alive example below to show how nasty they are as they face to the truth. I assume this was why they had to change their company's name.
At the end, I would say Thank You to them, for giving me such a chance to see and experience through together with the poor and vulnerable who were exposed to a range of risks and shocks when they work for TEMP TRIBE.
