I will never order from Temu again, especially from TRADEBERRY versace perfumes. Very misleading ad, I do not advise anybody ordering from TEMU. IF YOU DO READ ALL FINE PRINT. AWFUL EXPERIENCE.
I have ordered many times from Temu and have been extremely happy with my experience, Clothes have arrived promptly, have been good value and good quality for the price. The return process has been excellent with refunds processed very quickly. I will certainly continue to use Tenu
This company is a complete fraud. If you receive a defective product and the supplier refuses refund, then you can request to return it at your expense. I purchased a tool chest on wheels. For the price, I wasn’t expecting much, but I was expecting it to be functional. The drawers are very hard to open and they open only partially. This is where they get you, the cost of returning the item is 2/3’s what I paid for the damn thing. Buyer beware with Temu!
Do not use the pictures compared to what you get are completely different. I wont waste my time returning ill just put it in the bin AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I’ve been a “dear valued customer” for a few years now. I’ve never had trouble with refunds or replacement goods before. But then I bought a gorgeous looking wooden garden storage bench - ticket # 1780987054210101 if Temu are reading this - and things got nasty pretty quickly. Apparently this is from a local seller so I presumed I was well covered with a return/replacement if goods were not fit for purpose. How wrong I was.
The bench was assembled and put in my garden last week. Within a few days the paint had cracked. The wood had split. The white paint had become mottled and so I sent photos (oh so many photos) and asked for a replacement. I was told a replacement would be sent out then heard nothing until I was offered £20 or return the bench in the original (flat pack) box which would be utterly impossible as a) I recycled the box and b) could never unassemble the thing. I have now been offered £35 compensation which I will not accept-this derisory offer establishes that they admit the bench is faulty. Now I am cross and they have asked me to stop complaining-that is never going to happen until they either collect the bench for a full refund or replace it or give a proper amount in compensation. This is a warranted rant and complaint. I feel Temu do not vet their sellers at all and so we customers have to live with bogus vendors; I want to continue buying stuff from the company but this is all leaving a sour taste in my mouth.

Some items of my order went missing, and I contacted Temu to find out what happened to it, and after a long conversation with someone, they agreed to refund me. A day afterwards, they changed their minds...
Greetings, Was a time when I was happy doing business with Temu , issues were resolved quickly. Of late it seems to have changed rather dramatically. I have had a persistent issue with delivery via Evri. Despite reassurances from Temu stating they would 'Block' delivery from Evri and use Royal Mail. They havn't honoured that, and again on more than one occassion. Despite my attempts to resolve this problem: all I have received is generic robotic replies , false apologies, customer service agents , refusing to answer questions, not reading messages sent to them. I believe they are instructed to behave in this way. As I have enough evidence to suggest that is the case, They do not care. The service is a disgrace , Lodging a formal complaint has produced the same result . Generic robotic replies which have amounted to nothing. I have no fear of contradiction as I have enough evidence to prove my point. I even challenged them to prove me wrong, they message was ignored and another generic robotic reply was sent to me. I wait with baited breath for same pathetic response on here as on their website .
I’m writing this review because my experience with Temu’s return and refund process has been extremely disappointing, and I want other customers to be aware of what can happen.
I returned an item to Temu, and the entire tracking history clearly shows that the package was delivered to their warehouse. The return was sent back properly, on time, and with full documentation. The tracking number for the return is H04JFD0125079493, and according to the carrier, the package was successfully delivered.
To make sure there was no misunderstanding, I contacted Temu’s customer support through their chat system. Their own representative confirmed that the item had arrived at their warehouse. So both the tracking information and Temu’s own support team acknowledge that the return was received.
Despite all of this, Temu has refused to update the return status in the app, which means my refund cannot be processed. The system still shows the return as “in transit,” even though it has already been delivered and confirmed. Without Temu updating the status, the refund is stuck indefinitely.
This has caused unnecessary stress and frustration. A company of Temu’s size should have a reliable, transparent, and timely refund process — especially when the customer has done everything correctly and there is clear proof that the item has been returned.
What makes this worse is that the customer is left with no control. You can’t manually update anything, you can’t escalate the issue, and you’re forced to wait while Temu ignores the fact that they already have the item back. It feels like the system is designed to delay refunds instead of processing them efficiently.
I hope Temu takes this seriously and improves their return handling. Customers should not have to chase down refunds when the company already has the product in their possession. This experience has made me question whether I will shop with Temu again.
Our family has been shopping with you for years, but lately—ever since you started using lesser-known couriers—we’ve been running into problems. With DHL, Hermes, and other major carriers, issues were rare. Now you’re using J&T Express, and packages are going missing. The problem is that, as proof of delivery, you accept photos taken by the courier that clearly show the picture was snapped at the intercom, outside the house, right on the main road. Do you just leave a package on the street? Don't you ring the bell? Other couriers ring the bell; our intercom has both audio and visual signals and logs the call. It’s a small apartment complex, and we all know each other. Temu is going downhill. I know you probably don't care, but we work hard for the money we pay you. The courier doesn't answer, and the phone only rings on weekends when the office is closed. Unfortunately, we have two more packages due to be delivered by the same courier, and they won't arrive either. The police have been notified, and we won't be buying from Temu anymore. I kept receiving special offers" from Temu. I could choose up to 5 FREE gifts if I placed an order so decided I would do this.
It took many weeks for the items to arrive BUT not one of the 'free' items arrived. This company is so dishonest. I was silly to be taken in by their lies of free gifts. I resisted for years and will never order anything again. They're absolute rogues

AVOID! SCAM! After my first order and first return, I was never refunded by the seller and had no help from Temu what so ever! All proof of return provided and still no refund. 2 months later and still £100 out of pocket but I have raised a fraudulent claim against them with my bank as luckily paid with my credit card. I have been shopping with AliExpress and Shein for years and never had a single problem with buying, shipping or returns….

First, all the discounts and free gifts never happen. Secondly, the misleading descriptions on items leads to overpaying for your order of worthless items. Some items you will be charged for and never get. Customer Service is an exercise in futility. A refund is about as likely as getting the front row ticket for a Harry Styles concert. I can’t think of anything positive I have discovered about them.

My experience with Temu's refund process has been extremely disappointing I still have not heared from temu and didnt recvieve my refunds. I returned an order and was expecting a refund, but before it was processed, my bank card was compromised and had to be closed. I contacted customer support multiple times by email and through their chat service to explain the situation.
Unfortunately, I received no assistance at all. Despite several attempts to get help, I did not receive a meaningful response or any solution to my issue. The lack of communication and support has been very frustrating. Based on my experience, Temu does not handle refund issues fairly, and I want other customers to be aware of the challenges they may face when trying to resolve similar problems.Order ID: PO-210-04764865493110878 .The totall refund is 45 pounds

absolutely useless. they asked for more info following last review. then did not contact me. I bought a card that was stuck to envelope so tore. card was £3.50. Not usable now, they offered me 25p back. for a card that cannot be used!! I was a regular user of temu but have uninstalled it now and will not use them again. And would advise everyone to do the same. And to TEMU. Don't ask for more information and not action it!! there are enough conversations for you to look at.
