The experience with Tenancy360 was mostly positive, making the referencing process straightforward and efficient. Their clear online system allowed me to track my progress and manage my references in my own time without pressure. The support was helpful when I needed to make corrections, although it was a bit tricky to reach them by phone at times. The overall process was smooth except for the inability to edit submissions once sent. Despite these minor setbacks, Tenancy360 deserves a solid four stars for their quick responses and user-friendly system.

Since our agency started using their service non payment of rent has increased dramatically. Their referencing is substandard, they don’t check anything correctly and they accept fake documents and information.. DO NOT USE!!!

I offered myself as a guarantor for my daughter’s tenancy. The only thing these people didn’t ask for was a DNA profile 🙄, HMRC are a walk in the park compared to this lot, I have very substantial liquid assets and could in fact buy the rental she is looking at but choose not to so she can experience the priceless friendships gained from a house share. I have Experian score of 999, own my house, am a retired medical professional, have no bad credit markers and yet still this firm of box tickers determine me a risk ! If you are a landlord find an alternative as these people will hack off prospective tenants and guarantors to the extent that they will look elsewhere. Check if your letting agent uses Tenancy 360 and avoid, avoid , avoid.

The company was lenient, helpful, prompt in replying my messages on email where I had issues in uploading my documents

It’s a great way of doing referencing, You can do it in your own time and under no pressure. Couple of downsides to the company and the website. They are very difficult to get hold of over the phone, I tried calling a couple of times and It said that the phone lines were closed. Their chat feature seems to be okay. One really annoying feature with the referencing process is you can’t go back and edit things once submitted. I had some issues with my self-employment Proof, but I had to contact support to get them to change it. It would be so much easier if I could go back and things
