I orded a black candy washing machine and paid in full via me debit card and lo and behold to Gordon Bennett I am sick to the back teeth to know I have been trying to get some job done and I have walked head on into a right off a sca. a suckerer punch the irony is the link they gave me don't exist nor is it working so now am have to be living like pac and biggie it'sike a glitch tenancy tools no phone call or email am getting me bank invved and I want compo and me dosh back yeah

Warning do not use this scam company. They do not deliver I've already reported them to the fraud squad & Ilford trading standards. It's 100% scam

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! It’s a scam! Ordered and paid for a fridge/freezer. Firstly order went through without them taking payment. Then they said there was a problem with their payment system and next day it had been fixed - payment went through. Got an email re delivery with a link to track order but it didn’t work. Emailed them several times but no response. You can’t call them as one number is fake and the other is a recording asking you to email them! The chat help doesn’t work either. Avoid!!!

There's a first time for everything and this is the first time I've been scammed. I had a gut feeling and didn't follow my instinct. Grrrrrrrrrrrr
I even looked on here and there wasn't any info, I also Google mapped the address, it exists but couldn't see the business name details on the trading estate board.
I've been a muppet........... don't follow a muppet!!!

I have canceled my card! Placed the order for a fridge/freezer. When you went through to the process page you get a strange request for a text, this never came, then suddenly it said my order was complete. Called the number for the company, no answer ... then found these reviews!! AVOID

Ordered a jet washer last sunday12/05/2024, I got an email with dispatch and tracking info a couple of days later. Decided to check where the delivery was this morning by using the tracking link they sent and it did not work. I called their customer service numbers, but one of the numbers did not go through and the other was answered by a message pointing to their website chat button which does not exist, or to use their email. Their phone message had some strange loud background music. Sent the email this morning and so far this evening no response from this site.
Credit card company now involved

Scam. I ordered hover, and still waiting. How can i get my money back? And how can i report to GOV about this company?

I ordered a Karcher jet washer Friday 10/05/2024, I received an email with dispatch and tracking information o Sunday the 12th and was able to see it had been dispatched. I decided to check the status of the delivery again on the Tuesday by using the tracking link they sent and it did not work. I called their customer service numbers, one of the numbers did not work and the other was answered by a message pointing to their website. I tried their chat but no one even replied, tried to email and still no reply. I also googled the addres and nothing on TenancyTools. Payment was taken from a place in Peterborough, despite the company being in London, now in the hands of my Credit Company and about to report them. Be warned..

Would give 0 if I could. Ordered a fridge freezer from them, emailed beforehand to check the prices are correct on their website and they were fast to reply and seemed legit. Since ordering I have had no dispatch email and my emails for an update are now being ignored. Only one of the two numbers given actually rings and no one answers it's just a crackly voicemail about some online store.

Thought it was too good to be true, should have gone with my gut. Now I have to wait to dispute this transaction with my bank.

Tried to order a washing machine because it seemed cheap compared to major retailers, 3 times said debit card has been denied then got email saying thanks for order, when payment received it would be processed.
Phoned bank and all was ok and no indication a payment had been denied.
Tried phoning them and got a crackled recorded message about orders and customer service and to contact via email.
I did saying I'd had problems paying and guy I cannot mention but said he was from sales said we are having technical issues, try paying again tommorow, have a nice day !
Of course I didnt cause I gave him my phone number and said please call to discuss issue. No one called back.
Told them I was reporting for possible scam and decided to let people know here.
I'm surprised theres no other reviews on it on here yet.
Very cheap electrical items says uk free delivery !
The old saying if it looks too good to be true it probably isn't!
Avoid them like the plague .🤣😊

Update after googling the address on their website, it doesnt exist as the company it sys it is ! The name is suspect..tenancytools selling electrical appliances odd name for a company selling washing machines fridges etc.. are they tools ? ha ha.😂
