This is a scam. Tried to deactivate my account after lesd than a 1 day trial. Too many bots etc. Called thrm to up to deactivate and they tried to scam me again nyoffering some sort of extension or offer to another site. I said NO! I never received a confirmation code to cancel. I woke up to a fraud alert from my credit card company.

I need this to be stopped and cancelef now as I see there are many others with the same issue. Member id : 2882376137

Worst site ever!!! Nothing but bots!! Had to literally threaten to sue for them to cancel my subscription!!! What a nightmare!!!

Blatant scam! Signed up for 1 week, as a test. Tried to stop any further charges, as I learned that I had, unintentionally, signed up for a $60/month plan - Unreal! So I canceled further payments on day 5 of 7. Next day I found a code in an email, that I needed to enter into the site, to complete the “cancelation process”, only problem was, there is nowhere to enter this code.
To remove the profile, you need to go to setting and find that in the drop down menu, only problem is, it is not in any drop down menu.
This site is a scam!

If I had my way it be zero stars. Countless of times I rung to cancel my subscriptions. I am still being charged and still receiving emails of my subscriptions not being paid. I know I will never get a refund. Fair warning people when you sign up for "tendermeet" know that your profiles are also on other sites that you do not know about. And plus they other sites also take a percentage of your money too. And.... They talk you into staying on board for 7 "free" days to end subscription only to be charged full fees after the 7 days via phone call. I am not happy at all!!

There is not one female on this site that is not a scammer of some kind. Every time I went to chat with a woman, it becomes obvious really quick. I ask for simple steps for verification and immediately the person goes away. EVERY TIME. I even had money withdrawn from my account illegally! 100% SCAM!!!!

I payed the fee, once I log out I couldn't get back in , unless I payed again. And when making complaints again them, no response. I want out, and I want refund. ----- i got a apology from them now. They want to fix the issue. How can I contact them directly. Without getting messed around or charged more.

When you sign up you'll get tons of messages once purchasing a subscription they'll add a subscription from another site i didn't ask for. Ppl stopped messaging. Had to call twice to have my subscription cancelled.

Not really a great dating site in my opinion.
Subscription is a complete rip off, paid for like a 7 days for £8.99 offer then I charged for more additional features, bringing to total cost a £40+?!?
Contacted support to cancel my repeating subscription and they offered to extend my membership to a later date but never clarified if the repeat will stop or not.
So I thought I'll try the site out more, but in the next few days I contacted them again and no matter what I.WANT.TO.CANCEL.MY.SUBSCRIPTION.NOW and they did it and sent an email to confirm my repeat billing cancelation.
The amount of spam of "women", I say this for the majority in my area are not verified where few little are on the opposite side of the country.
Best go elsewhere.

Yes it is of course a scam site. The sad thing is they keep trying to defend their site on here. What your doing is very unethical and pretty stupid. Why would you waste your time trying to defend a site where 97% of the reviews report you as a scam? As if your response to these criticisms is going to somehow make you look better!! I hope you find another job.

I have tried numerous times to contact this site someone made a fake profile of me and is putting naked pics of me on it no one has gotten back with me i asked to have it shut down i got the name of the person that supposed to be me and its still active im going to have my lawyer deal with it now

This site is a scam! I called as advised by the cancellation screen to call member services to complete process. I called, and the rep told me that he would extend my subscription for 3 “free days”, and on the 7th if I no longer like the site I can “cancel” it. I was in utter shock! This site is full of women from all over the country who are suddenly interested in you even though they live two or three thousand miles away. None of the girls who live close to you respond to your messages or flirts. It is full of girls who are in their twenties who are trying to seduce you to get you to go to another website. Waste of money waste of time.

I joined under free trial and They sY there are no fake profiles! well I came across someone who I actually knew havent seen in a while and started talking. but it was not her. replys made no sense and I tried to cancel my subscription. They have it set up so you collow instructions and it says 9ne final thing to complete your cancled subcription. and i did that but didnt see after it says i must call tb8s number.so they started tak8ng 9.56 a day out al9ng with another site the had it took 10.06 a day these people need to be l9cked up and sued.they took more money than a hooker. Class action lawsuit guys. dont fall prey to these sights

It was all bots, almost not a single real person talking to me. The one real girl was some dude trying to get money out of me. The site scammed me out of almost $80 too, cause if you don’t cancel the subscription right away, you get billed for a month when you only want a day. Don’t give me the “customer service” angle too, they didn’t do s**t. I need my money back man I don’t have much left...

I paid for a 3 day pass . 10 seconds later i was charged 20 something dollars for a bullshitpass to see more i guess i did not authorize that transaction. So o went to make sure cycle didnt continue to next month but if i cancel my 3 day membership would be void? Make that 25$ 3 day membership as soon as to the second was up i was charged another 30 something dollars for another month of crappy site. Im about 70 bucks into 1 month. Customer service offeres me a free 30 day subscroption to compensate. Kiss my ass.
