My Experience with TenderTiger – A Cautionary Note for Job Seekers

My name is Chirag, and I was employed at TenderTiger for over six years. Despite my dedication and loyalty, I was abruptly terminated without any prior notice, with the explanation given as “poor sales performance.” It is both surprising and disheartening that after six years of continuous service, the company suddenly concluded that my performance was lacking.

It has now been more than 130 days since my termination, and my pending dues remain unpaid. Rather than resolving the matter professionally, the company has begun making false and baseless allegations — including unfounded claims of data theft — in what appears to be a deliberate attempt to avoid its financial responsibilities.

In the last year, following changes in senior management, the work culture has sharply declined. The HR and Accounts teams, along with the Director, frequently communicate with employees in a rude and unprofessional manner. The Director, in particular, uses abusive language and shows little regard for employee welfare or respectful communication.

Moreover, the company's public image does not reflect its internal reality. Many of the positive reviews on platforms like the Play Store are misleading, as employees were often pressured into submitting five-star reviews to improve the company’s online reputation artificially.

One of the most important lessons from my experience is this: if a company is facing financial challenges, the leadership should have the transparency and courage to communicate openly with employees — encourage them to explore better opportunities, rather than hiding behind excuses or blaming individuals. Honest communication is a basic standard of ethical leadership.

In conclusion, TenderTiger does not demonstrate the professionalism, respect, or transparency one would expect from a responsible organization. I strongly advise job seekers to approach with caution, as working here may negatively impact your career progression and mental well-being.

Here's a draft of negative feedback:

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with Tender Tiger's services. Initially, I was offered unlimited searches for a total amount of ₹21,240. After repeated calls, I made the payment of ₹21,240 31st March 2025 under pressure from the sales team Mr Kartik of tendertiger citing it was the last day of the financial year.

However, within three days of making the payment to Tendertiger I discovered that each search was being charged at ₹50, contrary to the initial agreement. I immediately informed TenderTiger that I did not want the package and requested a refund. Despite my repeated calls and emails over the past three months, I have been told that there is no refund policy and that the team leader will be spoken to.

To date, I have not received a refund, and it appears that Tender Tiger has no intention of returning my money. The lack of transparency and customer-centric approach is appalling. I urge others to be cautious of their prank calls and misleading offers.

I request that Tender Tiger takes immediate action to refund my money and revises its policies to prioritize customer satisfaction.

Sincerely,
Lalson Jacob

Spammers without substance

Check online for Tender Tiger reviews and you will see the frustration of their customers. I have asked them numerous times to remove us from their mailing list. No acknowledgement, no response, just more spam.

Stay away from Tender Tiger.
