Hands down great carts!

Honestly so worth it. Now a days everyone worried about it just being full of fillers or worse drugs that could mess you up. These are great carts last me the same amount of time if not longer then dispensary ones taste great and give a great buzz! And for only 10 bucks a cart unreal!

Everything went smoothly

Everything went smoothly, I ordered a couple carts and they came in on time and quite fast. I rated them 5 stars because of their quality for the flavours I got, they taste super good but they are a little harsh lol.

I have placed and received my orders…

I have placed and received my orders and was happy with them until recently...I have had 6 cats in my last 3 orders that have not worked...
I emailed the company with my complaint but I have never received a reply...
It isn't cheaper to buy from here if 1/3 of the order doesn't work and there is nothing a person can do about it...

Stay away from these idiots

I’ve been waiting over a month for my package to arrive. This is about my 10th order and I’ve noticed their customer service has gotten progressively worse. Carts are not the best but worth $10 however not worth the BS you go through as a customer.

I order a pack of cartridges for…

Poor costumer Service! I order a pack of cartridges for delivery and paid all the additional charges for package just to insure that the package will arrived with no hustle and i even waited the 2 days after the expected delivery date for but it only says ready for “pickup”. I been contacting their costumer service several times i even contacted the email that given to me where i send the payment But theres no response. I ended picking it up. Anyways great product but will not order again, will go back to GH

brutal

If you can't figure it out shut the site down why you keep taking orders if no one is sending them out. I've ordered three different things from the other side of the country and got all 3. Haven't even shipped from tencarts. Been 2 weeks and I'm sure it will be longer.

100% legitimate company

100% legitimate company. I’ve done like 5 orders now, everything came exactly how I thought it would and in a timely manner. Can’t beat the value from this place, I highly recommend. I won’t shop anywhere else for cartridges. Great customer service as well, nothing but positive experiences with 10$ carts 👍👍🙂🙂

I have bought off ten a few times now

I have bought off ten a few times now. But this is far the worst experience yet. I placed my order on December 6th. I’ve wrote 4 separate emails to them with no response or update on my package. Today is December 22, still no reply to any of my emails, no tracking number, but they made sure to accept my money transfer though. Guess I’ll be looking for a new site to place my orders.

This is my 7 order and I'm beyond pissed been almost 2 weeks and still hasn't been shipped out and there ignoring my email and live chat not to Ficken impressed and that 7 order in like 3.5 months just imaging how many sales I'd make in a year

Anarchy

Payment made by my bank but not processed by Ten$carts for 4 days, no explanation.
As for each previous order, Ten$carts sends misleading and confusing emails implying that something was "left in my basket".
"Currently Using Purolator for Fast Shipping – No Delays!" on their website is pure bullshit, they messaged me that delivery was having issues...
Several ten$carts staff get involved in emailing and are un-coordinated and/or stoned.

Tried Every Flavour

I bought every flavour to try with a friend.

As far as quality, the flavour is better than most of what I can find in retail. Top choices were Cola, Blue Zkittles, Grape Punch, Watermelon and Rootbeer tasted pretty on point.

Delivery was good despite the postal strike going on.

Price is the best I have currently found. Worked out to $9 a cart where retail is charging $20-45

So you can walk away knowing this is authentic, Green Apple was bottom of the list, and I had higher hopes for the Banana boat, but it's still good.

Be careful ordering

Be careful ordering. I placed an order and I haven't received a notification for shipping. Nor have I received help with the order. Actually the support email isn't even working currently.

It's February 13 and I still have not received the order and contacting customer support is still not working, the email gets kicked back. So even though 10 carts says you can get help and receive customer service. This is not the case in my situation

They won't cancel and resend my package…

They won't cancel and resend my package that they shipped the day before the strike fully knowing the strike was going to happen. I have asked for a solution and just keep getting told there is nothing they will do and I'm now out $900. Would be nice if they would honor their customers and cancel and resend orders rather than having to wait for a strike to end that may cripple canada post as is. Shouldn't be the customers fault that the company chose to send a package via canada post a day before the strike!
