I was a little sceptical at first, but I’m happy I put an order in. Ordered on a Tuesday and the package arrived two days later. Everything was perfect. I just placed a second, larger order over the weekend and Canada Post says I’ll have it in two days. I used one cart over the last 5 days and I’m quite pleased with the quality.

This was resolved but it was very difficult to get resolved or even a response, took almost 2 weeks to resolve, decent carts decent price even though they now charge taxes, 11 something for a cart still isn't bad but it's a lil annoying they are nickle and diming is instead of just raising a price to 12 dollars or something, because I know it's not going to the province or country bcuz this aren't marked as having thc on the cart and also the taxes aren't right for cannabis products

I'm really confused as I seem to be unable to speak to an agent, my order has not been received by canada post even though it says it's shipped, my tracking just says shipping label created and that it wasn't received, for days now. Since it said it shipped, when they haven't received it, I can't speak to an agent anymore, and they never respond to the emails, I think I've been scammed out of more than 200$ which is very disappointing as I've ordered many times before.

Fast shipping tracking number to track ur package progress and cheap prices more selection of 510 cartridges and clear label of sativa and indica would be appreciated

I'm a firm believer in "you get what you pay for" and using that ideology, it gets the job done in a safe and discreet way. I must say however that it does leave an aftertaste. I best describe it as washing your mouth with plastic flavored mouthwash. And if you smoke cigarettes, good luck getting any fruit flavor at all in these cartridges. I also find that it can screw up the taste of food and drink. I make an effort to not use these carts for about an hour before any meal.

Shipping was fine, customer service wasn't necessary. 4 stars.

i did my own tests on these carts and seems like your only getting 10% cannabis oils, the remaining 90 % is
flavors and terpines. also they haven't updated the tests in over year...who know what your vaping rn.

After TWO MONTHS of trying to contact customer service, to exchange two faulty carts. I was denied a refund after multiple emails with their support tech ALEX, asking me to make videos of me using the faulty cart, claiming that i waited two months to contact them because I exceeded their 30 day exchange policy. I did not want a refund, i offered to send back the faulty carts for a credit, but how is anyone supposed to arrange for anything, if you dont answer for months. Lost trust in the company and wont be ordering from here anymore. Plenty of deals out there just look.

Me and my friend ordered to fire me up a bundle and after checking the mail and waiting a MONTH I got a message saying “order cancelled we didn’t get payment” but my bank literally confirmed it
The bank also said the e transfer email is prone to scam. That $170 went somewhere now I’m BROKE and CARTLESS I tried your support email but it said the sever rejected it and the email wasn’t even real. Waste of time

I received my purchase in tact and it was accurate. Exactly what I asked for.. no issues with broken or non working carts. 100% recommend 👌 The product is decent for the price. All in all 9.5/10 and only reason being is it took 6 days for my order to arrive, but it's still very much acceptable and I highly recommend

Was definitely skeptical at first because $10 for a cart is INSANE, but I've ordered from ten carts like 3 times and tell all my friends about it because it saves so much money. Down a star because the lemon lime cart tasted disgusting but every other cart I've tried has been perfect! Will always be a repeat customer 🙏

Product is good but customer service sucks. No one never responds back

They advertise that they take credit cards they even show a video how to do so. So you send them all your personal info and then they decide they no longer take cards even though it's on their website. About as dishonest as you can be! Misleading potential customers. Falsely advertising on their website. Brutal customer service trying to dance around the obvious.

Honestly, I was a bit skeptic at first because these guys popped up on my FB feed and a lot of the comments were not great but given the price, I decided to see for myself and I’m glad I did. I’ve placed a few orders so far and I’ve never had any issues. One order was a bit long getting shipped out but when I inquired, they apologized, and ensured it shipped. Not to mention, when I got it, they threw in 2 freebie carts. Like what?! Awesome. Definitely recommend trying them!
