False and misleading
EDIT 19/11/25: The company has replied to my review, falsely claiming that they have amended the page. This is simply not true. The fake reviews are still live. Although I’m flattered by all the four and five-star reviews they have posted, none of these are from real customers of ours, and we can confirm they are not genuine. I’m disappointed that they took the time to reply, but instead of being honest, admitting their mistake, and fixing it, they have chosen to lie.
There is a Tenere Team page for my business, so I wanted to leave a review. The Tenere Team has posted categorically false information about my business, including fake reviews, false statements about the company, and inaccurate claims about the products we offer. They also claim to provide discount codes such as “FREE SHIPPING” (which we already offer by default) and “75% off certain products” (which we do not, have not, and never will offer), along with other fake coupons. I want to share this review so people are aware of the misinformation published by this website.

Scammy fraud website with misleading information.
I don't know who these people are, but the reviews on their site are fake from customers that have probably never seen or been near your store... The list of names are nowhere in my customer data base as people who have visited my shop. The other scammy fraud thing they do is offer coupon codes for your store, everyone of them is fake and a scam to get you to use their website. The coupon codes listed there show things like get 75% off your order from (insert company name) it is purely there as a grift to get you signed up and using the fake review system. STAY AWAY AND DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

I discovered that Tenere is listing my business — on their website without my consent, permission, or knowledge. We have no affiliation with them, and we never agreed to be part of any listing, directory, or content featured by this company. Plus the information on there is incorrect.
I’ve reached out multiple times to request removal and to ask who submitted our business — and Tenere has not responded at all. They’ve ignored all formal requests and continue to use our business name publicly, which is completely unacceptable and possibly unlawful.
At this point, we are preparing to take legal action and report this behavior to their hosting provider.
