We booked a boat trip that advertised…

🍕 Part 3: Pizza & Drinks Onboard

Enjoy freshly made pizza with 2 drinks per person (beer, wine, cava, soft drinks, or water). This is the perfect moment to recharge, enjoy the scenery, and socialize—or simply relax with your private group.

However when we got on the boat there was no cava and no white wine. There was literally just two small glasses of red wine then they ran out. The company later said that they had run out due to other people drinking but this simply wasn’t true as there were only 7 of us on the trip (2 of which were children) and there was no cava or white wine and very little red wine available from the outset. The company then said they had only agreed to provide drinks and not alcoholic drinks. This was also despite me specifically confirming it in WhatsApp’s prior to the trip.

So, though the chap who picked us up was lovely and the guys driving the boat were nice, don’t rely on there being any alcohol or rely on Tenerife excursions providing any refund when there isn’t! When I raised a dispute Tenerife Fun Excursions actually told my credit card company that they only advertise drinks, so do not specify alcoholic ones!

We won’t use this company again, feel ripped off.

From first booking my excursions, the customer service was first class. Ada was very helpful and accommodating on the excursions I wanted to do and sorted the minor issues( my own fault) out so quickly for me. I would highly recommend booking your excursions through Tenerife Fun Excursions. The Quad biking and whale watching was an amazing experience for all the family. All maps and ticketing provided by Tenrife fun excursions are clear and easy to follow. Totally hassle free.

We went on the sunset quad tour with tenerifefunexcursions.
They managed to slip me in still with the group, so very grateful they helped me out with this, as it was my last moment before heading back.
The group was great and Diego, our Portugese rock was funny, great guide, speaks all the languages and a very good photographer ;-)
Just make sure you dress up warmly :-), when the sun is down, you'll freeze your tits of.
5 stars for them and Diego, would absolutely recommend!

Booked a double quad tour of Mt Teide for our family of 4. We were told to bring driving licenses for drivers & presumed our children (15y & 12y) were safe as passengers. No age limit was stated on their marketing information.
When we arrived on our tour we were told to either leave or pay €100 extra to change from quads to buggies. We were not told this by Ada at time of booking & if we had known this would not have booked the trip.
We have not been allowed a refund & the blame placed on us. Disgusted with the way we have been treated by Tenerife Fun Excursions. They haven't returned our calls when they said they would. More interested in taking our money than reviewing their customer experience.

I went on the jetski activity with my children aged 10 and 12 years old. We had such a blast! Prior ro the trip, the tour guide Ada was professional, and responsive to all my questions. The tour company was also flexible, and willing to pick us from our hotel which was far from the scheduled pick up point. The jetski operators were equally friendly and professional. This was by far the highlight of our family holiday to Tenerife. Highly recommended!
