Great experience. Bought a Spinfire ball machine AC charger on Thursday, and had it delivered the following Wednesday, from Germany to Denmark. Lots of shipping updates along the way, almost too many :-) Overall, very satisfied.
Firstly,,,,,,, Dirk, needs allot of work with customer service. He promised to hold me a machine , in january but completely forgot. Anyway, i finally ordered the pro 50 LE when i noticed them in stock again on the website ( early MAY ) and a few days after purchase suprise suprise, he finally emails me saying it is out of stock. he then offered me the most expensive deluxe version.. I needed the machine in january, so i was forced to pay the extra. Good tactics DIRK...
Now for the machine, It is built really well in Taiwan. Every part is machined perfectly. The items arrive excellently packaged , so there is no way they can be damaged. The stand is very stable ,and the clamps are absolutely amazing. It is a really enjoyable experience stringing my racquets. The deluxe version has the new fastening system , which is frankly excellent..
Now if you can be patient with Dirk, and ignore his short comings you will be more than happy with the machine when it is delivered. TOP QUALITY. Better than any gamma or more expensive machine i have tried. i am really impressed.
Now lets see how good the warranty service is if something goes wrong. Im not counting on it though.
If your looking for a machine, GET THIS ONE or the deluxe. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!
