bought a babolat pure drive two weeks ago. the string broke on the second time of usage! after contacting the customer service, i was told that the string broke because i hit things other than a tennis ball...
Are you serious? it is one thing to distribute defected product, it is another level to accuse your customer. i don't know what you do with the rackets in your warehouse, but we just use it for hitting tennis balls- unfortunately your racket apparently cannot do it.

On the website, the item I ordered said it would arrive within 2-3 business days. It was sent 5 days after placing the order. When I reached out to Customer Service, their response was strange - I asked when I could expect the item since it was already past their stated delivery window and got an email back asking why I was mad since they had now mailed it and I would get it in another day or two. The item was fine but the delayed shipping and response from customer service was off-putting.

Good customer service and quick delivery of merchandise

Overall good service, site and delivery, but it took some days for the parcel to actually be shipped/pickup from the warehouse.

Second thing is that I ordered my Prestige MP+ strung, and it was incorrectly strung with the string hanging upon the cap grommet, so had to cut it out and restring it, also the grommet got damaged from this. It's a bit harder to string racquets with cap grommets but it is not acceptable to string it the way it was done. Although I wouldn't worry about the overall quality if you purchase a strung racquet that doesn't have cap grommets.
