I made a deposit, which never left my bank account, then won a bet they then ‘confiscated’ the winnings even though I’d spoken to 3 different customer support agents who assured me it had gone through successfully on their end. Scammed stinking.

I would give less than one star if i could, they do not pay out. Avoid this site at all costs, these scammers need to be stopped.

I found this site through Google search and registered believing it was a legitimate platform. I was completely wrong — this is nothing but a fraud scheme:

I made a deposit of €400 and received their “World Cup Welcome Bonus”
I fully completed all required wagering conditions: I reached 100% progress (€12,000 wagered), which the system confirmed as finishedI won €1,190.16 from settled sports bets, and also made additional winnings playing slot games
When I requested a withdrawal, they started making up excuses one after another:

- First: “You must wager your deposit at least once due to anti‑money‑laundering rules” — even though I had already wagered far more than required
- After I met that rule: “You used the bonus on slot games, which is not allowed” — this condition was never clearly stated anywhere at registration, I was never warned while playing, and the platform allowed me to play slots without any restriction or warning
- Finally: they confiscated not only my winnings but also my original €400 deposit, closed my account without any notice, and now refuse to respond or give my money back

This is how they operate:

- They accept deposits instantly
- They let you play and win freely
- As soon as you ask to withdraw, they invent hidden or unclear rules to avoid paying
- In the end, they block your account and keep everything you put in

WARNING TO EVERYONE: Stay far away from tenobet.io! They are not a real betting site — they are just thieves. I have lost both my own money and my winnings, and I no longer have access to my account. Do not risk a single cent here.

 

SCAM! They close accounts and keep all your money

Tenobet.io is a fraudulent platform. I won on sports and slots, completed all bonus and wagering requirements, but when I requested a payout, they gave false reasons. They ended up closing my account and refused to return even my original deposit of €400. They have no valid license, ignore complaints, and only take money. Do not register here!

1/5 – Be very careful with bonuses

My experience with TenoBet was extremely disappointing.

I deposited €500 and received a bonus. I completed the wagering requirements and eventually built my balance up to approximately €6,400. My account was fully verified, and after several days of waiting, my withdrawal requests remained under review.

After contacting support, I was told that my account had been successfully verified and that the withdrawal process was proceeding normally. I then adjusted my withdrawal requests to comply with their stated limits and continued to wait.

Several days later, I received an email informing me that all of my winnings had been confiscated. The reasons given were:

* Playing Live Casino while a bonus was active.
* Exceeding a maximum bet limit of €2 while the bonus was active.

What I find particularly concerning is that the platform allowed these bets to be placed without any warning or restriction. At no point was I prevented from placing wagers that allegedly violated the bonus terms.

In my case, the wagering requirement was €37,500. Expecting players to complete such a large wagering requirement while being restricted to €2 stakes is, in my opinion, unreasonable and highly impractical.

The end result was that my winnings were confiscated and only my original deposit was returned. I have not received this withdrawal on my bank account yet.

My advice: read every bonus term very carefully before accepting any promotion, especially maximum bet rules and restricted games. If you are considering this casino, proceed with extreme caution.

Scamy site, allowed me to deposit many times but as soon as i win some money have blocked my account from working and haven’t replied to my emails. AVOID

Verified my account and they have now refused to payout €600 in winnings . I have screen shots of the emails. DON NOT JOIN THIS SITE . Phone number and address on here are bith fake

After being fully verified from the start it's been 28 hours upto yet and still saying under review on my withdrawal. After contacting about 4 times to chat they keep saying don't worry on anything there is a back log of bets. Unfortunately that doesn't help us as I like the site and the cash out system ect but nobody wants to keep begging for there money they won 2 days ago!

Update 3 days later chat said backlog of bets so will take the whole 3 days. On day 2 they said the backlog as now gone and all resolved so my bet will be authorised soon. Day 3 of the 1 to 3 time scale all of a sudden they got a new backlog of bets and now the 1 to 3 days is only guide and can take as long as it takes as the bets are done manually by one person and there are 100 thousand bets to be checked.

New update now blocked my account and I've email kyc who asked for all I. D and they say I haven't got a account and taken my £272...

Don’t use this site it’s a scam. They keep on asking for the same documents over and over again to verify your account and when they have to pay out you get an email stating that they have closed your account with no valid reason at all, block you from the site also. I tried to transfer my winnings for the sum of £2800, and it’s all lost. Scammers don’t know how they get away with it

​I am submitting this complaint because Tenobet has closed my account permanently and confiscated my legitimate winnings.
​I made a deposit of €198 and placed a bet. After winning the bet, my total balance went up to €326. Right after that, the platform blocked my account and sent me an automated email stating that they would only refund my initial deposit (€198) due to a generic "breach of Terms and Conditions", without providing any specific reason, explanation, or proof.
​My bet was validly accepted by their system, and I have not committed any fraud. They are using their "Terms and Conditions" as an excuse to avoid paying a winning user. I demand the full payment of my balance, including the €128 of legitimate winnings that were confiscated. Id. Salcebets
