I would AVOID this company for sure
I would AVOID this company for sure! I had high hopes when I ordered but waited months with no delivery and numerous ignored emails. The lack of communication with customers, whether it’s new or existing customers, is horrendous. I don’t know if this company is going into liquidation but they clearly don’t have the products available to sell yet they will take your money and claim the product is on pre-order but give no time frame for an expected delivery. After patiently waiting a couple of months I’d emailed to find out what’s happening with my order but got no response after 4 messages sent. After finally getting a response on the 5th message the reply was “your item is coming soon”. No time frame, nothing!! After a few more emails with no response I finally asked for a refund, several times!! And yet again no response to any of my requests for my money back! I eventually had to contact my credit card company to get them to do a charge back for ‘goods not received’. And this is three months after I had placed the initial order. The customer service is atrocious and for someone who has been a customer of Tenol before, I cannot recommend it to anyone. The amount of stress and time wasting I’ve had to endure to just get my money back and not even receive a proper apology or compensation is disappointing. There are more affordable, and more effective alternatives to Tenol products so don’t risk the disappointment.
