Tenorshare ICareFone is great for organizing and removing and backing up photos. I take a million photos for work that I really only need to keep for a month or so. Every year or two I go through my photos with ICareFone and delete all my work photos. I can see them better and select multiple to delete at a time. Very helpful! Worth the purchase.
I bought several Tenorshare licenses. The main issue is that the license worked only once, and after that I couldn’t get it to work again. As a result, I ended up paying twice, without receiving what was promised.
Another concerning point: access to their website was done over HTTP (not HTTPS), which raises serious security concerns.
They also offer updates, but in my case the updates didn’t fix anything. Overall, I lost a lot of time and money.
I’m very disappointed and I do not recommend it.

Tenorshare’s reply to my review claimed that a “dedicated support specialist” would contact me within 24 hours and provide an official transaction reference for my refund. It has now been over five days, and no one has reached out. This shows their public responses are just for image-building, not genuine customer support.
If a company promises quick resolution in a public forum but fails to follow through privately, it raises serious concerns about honesty and transparency. Their reply was misleading and intended only to make them look responsive, while in reality, nothing has been done.

Tried file recovery software paid version. Didn’t work.
It renewed - I never used it and same day asked for a refund for the extra month since it didn’t work the first time and I hadn’t used it again.
They said they’d prefer to try some troubleshooting first - I followed their steps and it still didn’t work. Then the asked me to send them the files I was trying to recover (LOL). After I said no, they refused to refund me for the renewal. I was happy to pay for the first attempt. But given their product didn’t work - leaving a bad review given they double tapped me.
**UPDATE**
They also tried to bribe me to delete this review.

I've bought 1 month/1 PC subscription for 1 product for 1 time use. Tenorshare provided me 2 products instead (1 of which I didn't want to and never agreed to purchase it). Then instead of 1 month subscription they've started automatically prolongate subscriptions for 2 products (1 of which I never even seen) each month. When I've contacted support service, I was rejected with refund. So without my knowledge, I've paid 5 subscriptions instead 1, got a product that I didn't want, and the initial product (I got corrupted file I wanted to restore) actually didn't work at all. It is a huge and ugly scam.
UPD. Tenorshare is actively avoiding all my requests to cancel the subscriptions. You can't cancel them yourself. You have to contact their support. I've raised 2 tickets. 1 is being fully ignored. In the 2 support is answering with misleading answers doing anything but canceling my subscription.

Tennisure was referred to me by a friend. I have had such great luck with the software and the technical support is the best in the business.
To be honest, I tried many times to get my data back by purchasing ultdata software for WhatsApp chat recovery from tenoshare but it did not work with me on Visa Debit. Or credit no card It is not there, so I tried many times that the memories that were in WhatsApp worked. And customer service is not ok, I am very worried about this.

To Be Honest, Iphone Nature OS System really sucks in managing photos. thanks to tenoshare inventing iCAREfone App, i can backup my phone photos to my laptop just like android devices. that's really a wonderful thing. i have been using it frequently and i think i still havent found any better app than ICareFone.
Tenorshare solution just does not work it´s a total scam and the support it´s pretty useless as they are not there to present you with actual issues solutions

Tenosshare is a BIG SCAM avoid at all cost. They will sign you into products without your knowledge or approval. They have scam AI PPt apps that they dint even support and sign you up. The trial is not a trial. They will charge you twice. They don't respond to cancel subscription email.
They have taken over $100 from me in one day. This was money for kids Christmas presents.
Tenoshare has no heart or good practices.
Avoid please.

Amazing customer service support was having trouble reactivating after I upgraded my laptop after having my old one stolen just amazing experience i would definitely recommend them not just for there customer service but for there software as well
I am extremely disappointed with Tenorshare's refund policy and customer service. I purchased their software to recover deleted files, but it completely failed to recover anything. Their own technical team even confirmed that the files were too corrupted to be restored after reviewing my logs and videos.
Despite the total failure of their product, they are refusing to give me a full refund. They are trying to deduct 10% of my money as an "operational fee" just because I "used" the software.
Service Not Rendered: The software did not perform its core function.
Hidden Fees: There is NO mention of a 10% "operational fee" in their official refund policy on their website. This is a scam-like tactic to rip off customers.
Misleading Information: No warnings were given before purchase that a refund would be partial even if recovery failed.
They will take your money even if their software doesn't work.

I paid for this item to recover files i deleted 2-3 hours before. The item opened files which I assumed the compute renamed which I didn't name with weird titles such as for example but not literally what my file was called hohshuhho797kyho2ih (as a title) now that is not the literal name but an example, I deleted all the file sit recovered but the files I had deleted from The bin didn't show up. Anyway after I searched many files it didnt show I immediately emailed the company and requested under the CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT to get a refund as a) It didn't do what I expected the thing to do relating recovery of files especially ones I didnt do any real saving to overright the files so there for 2) was not suitable for the purpose expected and therefore I am legaly under the CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT allowed to get a refund as it was the same day I paid I requested the refund and I am just guestimating but maybe 4 hours maximum after I paid for the item so it is not like it was 2 days or 4 days after. Since then I have had numerous emails saying give us a like warning code because I got a glitch slowing of my PC 1) As if I thought to print screen that at the time and cant get the same warning so and 2) they wont refund me, they claim I am not trying to help them help me but in my main email here is a summary - I stated: I want a refund for my item because this isnt doing the job I expected it would. This is in my opinioon not good ive had to delete the things it did put on my pc /and further/ I expected it to find files I just recently deleted but its not and also its opening new stuff I dont want its glitchy and just not worth the money. // Now it has been 7 days as I paid around 10th maybe 9th, so 7-8 days and they have been horrific and outright saying I WONT GET A refund, furthermore when I paid the screen said 7 days free trial so I technically at writing this am in that 7 days maybe a day out of it and I emailed them in the same day for a refund, they make it look like that this 7 days is included on my month I paid for, that is not what I remember seeing however it may be possible this was on regardless usually when you see 7 days you assume if it doesnt work you could atleast get a refund because its not doing the job which you paid for. Regardless if the 7 days are as part of the MONTH free under consumer rights act in UK you have all legal rights to get a refund if the item is either broke or not to the expectations of in which it was paid for, as of now I have sent one final message telling them I have opend a claim with my BANK against them since they are not doing as CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT state thus to my belief breaking the british law relating refunds.. My advice to people try find a more repitable company this customer service is GARBAGE They seem to have no one working in UK so you have to wait for a reply the next day or weird hours and if they do, that is not what they told me, they told me due to time differences. This is arguably the worst company I have ever been through!!

They have cooperated with me on 2 occasions and have supported me when I changed computers. iFoneCare has worked very well for me for the 4 years that I have been using it. I would recommend this software if you need to transfer images to/from iPhone and your computer.
This is lit the best for transferring WhatsApp data between androids to iphones, THAT TOO WITHOUT RESETING THE IPHONE. Lit a lifesaver for me.
Very poor service there is NO MONEY BACK Garrantee as stated. I tried the software only the one time. It did not do what it said it would. So anyone thinking it will remove your lost gmail account IT WILL NOT. I Contacted them as they were about to take money again as I DID NOT AGREE TO MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION. VERY POOR SERVICE.
