Honestly

Honestly, this was an easy purchase. The sales rep. Toni was so kind and answered all my questions. She even took a call during set up and assured me, it would be fine! Sure enough, plugged the jump house in and viola! So easy to set up and the quality of this jump house is excellent! I would easily give this product 5 stars and customer service as well.

first time ordering tents from this company.The salesman I worked with was very knowledgeable with a quick turnaround response to any questions I had. equipment top notch. When I did have a question about some parts of the tent I had a quick call back and the answers were resolved. Definitely will order again

Love. This. Place.

We use tent and table often. We always go through Toni and she is amazing. Always available for questions or concerns. She also always replies fairly quickly. We will continue to purchase here.

TandT were great to order from

TandT were great to order from. I ordered the 18' water slide. Was told it would take 7 days for shipping and it only took 6 (even over a holiday weekend!). Prior to purchasing I spoke with Jesus and he helped guide me to the appropriate size slide for my kids' ages. After set up I called with a water hookup question and they answered the phone immediately. Customer service is wonderful, product is wonderful. The only issue I have is the product is large and not quite as manageable for me and my son as it would be for 2 to strong men (not their fault!). We purchased slide for personal use, not commercial.
