I had some issues with the delivery of…
I had some issues with the delivery of some of the accessories, this was down to no fault of the tent box staff, but I contacted them instantly.
I spoke with Alfie regarding this through WhatsApp and im so glad I did. He raised an inverstigation into the issue with delivery and kept me updated every step of the way. The quick responses to the messages and the personalisation of the messages shows it’s a person and not AI, which is a bonus these days

Love my tentbox lite XL *with one caveat!
Love my tentbox lite XL. Bought the steps recently to help with the use of the ladder and its works well. Major issue though when it comes to trying to fold the ladder away on top of the folded tentbox. It does not fold correctly and every start has to flipped forward to allow the ladder to sit correctly. Could not find a video to explain how to solve this problem.

Best purchase I’ve made tbh. Gives me so much freedom to get out and enjoy the simple things. I had an item missing from my order but the communication from Tentbox was spot on and quickly sorted things out. I read a lot of negative things about summit roof bars but I see no issues with them. But I did come to learn that the ones that Tentbox promote are reinforced compared to the normal ones online. So if you are hesitant please don’t be. Still getting to grips with the ladder but people have been very helpful on TikTok lol. Glad it’s not just me lol
