Ronit & Kai, were a great help. We had a defeat problem with our cover which was out of warranty. This problem can occur with any manufacturing process due to the breakdown of a material. Not a Tentbox issue. This was acknowledged by Ronit & Kai and we have been offered a full FOC replacement which was much appreciated...That is what you would expect from a reputable company. Looking after their customers, recognising a faulty defect. Highly recommended thank you.

Excellent customer service
Jon at the TentBox team made sure I was completely looked after and promptly refunded after sending back my TentBox. It was great to be able to speak to the same person each step of the return process, especially with Jon being so helpful and understanding. He really put a personal touch on the experience and it felt like he really cared. Despite the TentBox not being suitable for my needs, I wouldn’t hesitate to still recommend it based on how great the customer service was. Thanks again!

Stay well away. I’ve been waiting eight weeks for a delivery, paid €223 for it, and nobody’s got back to me. Neither customer service nor anyone else. Stay well away from them; I’m going to take legal action against them.

We bought our tenbox lite xl nearly 4…
We bought our tenbox lite xl nearly 4 weeks ago which we love.. I also bought the tentbox alarm on the 28th July which they took my money and I still havent recieved my item.. I emailed customer service to let them know my alarm hadnt been delivered and still ive had no reply from them. I wanted the alarm as i suffer with very bad anxiety and the alarm was to help give mena bit more peice of mind regaurding the saftey of it hopefully not getting stolen. Not having what i paid for is causing me to feel ill with anxiery. before I bought the tentbox and I was just looking online and did put a tentbox in the basket. Within a day or so customer service were emailing me asking if I needed any help and they would be happy to discuss any queries, yet when you have a problem they ignore you. Last week I managed to get through on WhatsApp where I spoke to a guy called Finlay who kindly informed me this product was out of stock which surprised me as nothing was on the website when I ordered and my money was taken! Today I have emailed again but im not holding my breath.. I just hope to god I dont have a problem with my tentbox or roofbars at anytime as ive faith in this company to deal with any problems. Seems as soon as they get your money they dont seem to care

I had an issue with the ladder on my XL Lite. I contacted TentBox when it noticed the issue and the following day, they reached out and offered to send a replacement, free of charge, so as not to delay my next adventure!
I love my TentBox, me and my daughter sleep better in it than we do our beds! I am super impressed with their customer service. Ella has been particularly awesome!
