For starters, they have an excellent customer service, and so you’re never confused. You can get clarity on anything and everything, I love that about them.
In addition, I’m okay with their rules(as long as it stays the same) as I believe it helps with sustainability.

1.I placed same trade on both demo and funded account and noticed that when the demo was in profit the live funded account was sitting the negative region.
2.Why do I have to wait for two weeks to get paid if it’s life funded account
Why the change of rules; if truly they are life funded account and not a challenge.why the same normal rules of margin call not applicable to funded account.

Well firstly their customer support was good on a private level at first I thought they were limiting traders until they had to really explain in detail for me to understand I did not really noticed they they actually fund traders with live funds u like other firms with simulated funds.
Well and as long as you comply with their rules you will never be denied pay out they are actually good

Excellent Customer Support and Fast Profit Withdrawal
Amazing customer support I must say, you can't get a better one out there. Big shout-out to Mr Samuel, he's been fantastic.
Let me not even get started with profit withdrawals. I've never had any issue with withdrawal as long as all rules are adhered to, and you get your withdrawal in your bank account within 30 minutes.
Keep it up Tentrade🙌, let's see if we can get a tighter spread on Gold though.
