I imagine this company has several fake sites. I'm having to pay half in postage to return the item tracked to get my 'refund'.

SCAM. I ordered horse clothes from toptostore.com, I cancelled after 2 months when I didn't receive anything but they refused to give a refund. I kept trying to cancel for months and they sent it anyway after 6 months. The product was so poorly constructed, they were not breeches but leggings that had "print" to make it look like actual breeches, they would have fallen apart after 2 minutes of riding. Regardless, Paypal said they would refund me if I returned the clothes but I would have to pay for shipping AND the address was not valid and the website is now closed. So Paypal denied the claim simply because the Chinese company wouldn't give a valid shipping address or even respond to Paypal. Frustrated that Paypal isn't sticking up for it's customers.

This was the scam company.

i purchased 2 lace bra's. not as pictures, not as measured, faulty, nothing like the original products, 2 different sizes but both ordered as same size. emailed them staright after receiving to ask for a refund, was told postage was too expensive and i should except a $3 voucher. um no i want my $46.71 back. i have sent them about 20 emails with pictures, detailed info etc as they requested. the saga continues. i have asked for the return address so many times. i get nothing but ridiculous messages back asking for me to send pics and info etc. finally i lodged a complaint with paypal. they have now contacted me and said post back to the seller with tracking and i will be given a full refund. however it will cost me another $18.20 to post back. but still i will end up better off then i am now, i will have gained $28.51 back from this nightmare. so paypal said to post to....

What should you do?

so i went to the post office today to post the items back in their original packaging but the post lady advised me to go home and think about it. i ahd decided to return as even though it will cost me more money to send back, on the whole i will be better off with some money back as the items are no good.
however after filling in the label ready to post on monday, i decided to look the address up. hmmmm. now im concerned its more fake info and paypal have fallen for it too. they ahve told me to return with tracking and once the item is received by the seller, i will then get a full refund. but will i .....im now concerned i will spend another $18.20 and i will not get anything back. so i may end up out of pocket by $64.91. hmmm what to do. if only we could contact paypal, rather than just dispute it. im concerned.

I ordered some horse riding jodpurs from 'Runriding.com' - which is STILL a live website. I tried to cancel the order straight away as I realised I had been scammed, after multiple emails back and too from the company they kept on refusing a refund. I received my purchase which was extremely fake, huge in comparison to the size it was meant to be and not even the same design.
100% BEEN SCAMMED! I took up the claim through Paypal and I am now sending the items back to receive a full refund. 2 months later I am now stress free...

SCAM ALERT!
These folks send horrible FAKES of legitimate products they pirate from other websites. Then they give an incomplete, bogus address to return the shoddy goods. This rendering your PayPal claim impotent.

You do have to credit them for knowing how to GAME THE US SYSTEM!

I would leave a 0 if I could. This is the same scam except I ordered from Facebook from a pseudonym called Peachsu. I escalated my claim through Paypal where thay said I would receive refund after the company received the return. The address they give is a fake one:

Horrible! My mother-in-law and I ordered a pair of sandals each. Her’s were to small and the ones I received were not even close to what I ordered. Although I wanted to return them, I was offered a $10 credit. The purchase was $75. I sent pics of labels and the sandals (at their request) they insisted I received what I ordered. I mailed the sandals to the return address on the wrapping (another $10). Since that was a warehouse in New Jersey instead of the correct address in China (which they refused to provide me with) they would not refund any of the purchase. Please do not make the same mistake I did!

Company charged me twice for one pair of sandals .Took their pasted images as proof now act like I'm a brand new customer wanted SKU # off bag Scam artists Never sent refund ,👎👎👎👎

Just reported them to BBB..probably not get my money back. SO disgusted that I fell for this garbage. Paypal will not help me without a tracking number to CHINA! Out $49.00!

Please NEVER use this company. They should be banned from trading..I have been trying to get a refund for over three months and they refuse to provide a return address. Be warned

This is a follow-up to my review of July 24, 2019. After a few back and forths through the Paypal Resolution Center with this scam operation, I finally got a return address to send back the merchandise and supposedly get a refund. Here it is!!! Chinese writing and all!!!

Another joke!!! The address label on the original package was a California address. So why couldn't I return it there?!?!? The Paypal instructions said I needed to provide tracking information in the Resolution Center to be able to get the refund.So today I went to the Post Office and completed a Customs form only to find out that they don't provide tracking for anything shipped out of the country and suggested I go to UPS. I went there to find out that it would cost no less than $50 and up to $100 to ship. My refund was $59.95. NOT WORTH IT!! FOOLED AGAIN BY THESE MONSTERS. I just hope anyone looking to buy from these creeps will check out the company FIRST and not make the same mistake(s) I did!!!!!

OMG, I feel like this must be a joke. These shoes are just awful, the construction of the shoe looks like it was done in an arts and craft class for children. They are going directly into the trash, lesson learned.

Horrid experience. I order the tri colored shoes. They didn't fit, had a defect where color was gone and smelled awful. It is not possible it seems to return anything to them. I just lost what I consider a lot of money. Yes the return shipping may be expensive, but what is it???
I normally don't order from ads on Facebook and be assured I will not do it again.

As other people say, zero would suit better.
I ordered sandals. Poor quality. No comparison with what is shown on the site. No refund possible. Here are some answers to the messages I sent them :

"For these items, the returned shipping charge is expensive. Please note you need pay for it.
And we can only refund for you after we receive this package, it will be a long time.If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund."

Another one (note I never mentionned any problem with the size of the sandals but with the poor quality) :

"The same size sandals fit differently due to different people's feet( such more thin or thick than normal size).
The returned shipping fee is very expensive. Please kindly note you should pay for it.
And we can only refund for you after we receive the package. It will be a very long time.
You will wait about one month to have refund if you return your order."

Another good one :

"The returned shipping fee is usually about $30 or more.
It is very expensive. Please kindly note you should pay for it.
And we can only refund for you after we receive the package.
It will take three month even six month reach here.It is a long time."

And so on. They are really laughing at people !

Same as all the other customers. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes, very bad quality and to top it up I received one shoe size 35 and size 37, I ordered 39!!!
No refunds!!

I would give them a 0 but that is not an option. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes...cheap quality, bad fit. I emailed them to return and they asked me why and I told them. I then asked for the return address and they would not give it to me so I sent it back to the address on the package. No refund. I wrote them and was told it was my lost since I did not return it to the proper return address THAT THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME! CONTACTING PAYPAL!

You should make “0” an option for rating as giving my purchase a 1 is way too generous!
Overpriced- cheaply made- pictures don’t match received items-nothing orthopedic about them- actually squeak when you walk (feels like sole is hallow) and don’t even get me started on order/delivery timeline.
Shame on me for not researching better!!

We ordered 2 pair of these shoes on June 13, 2019, paid the express shipping fee, and received them July 15th from China. And they are made very poorly, and not true to size. We will chalk this up to a poor choice on our part, because their return policy is very shady, too. Shame on me for not doing more research on this company!

I ordered shoes that said they had three separate arches to help your feet along with some insoles. They took 5 weeks to receive and are cheap plastic and have no arches. They are totally flat and mAde very cheap. They also have a horrible nasty plastic smell. Very cheap and a ripoff from China where you won’t get your money back.
