The gentlemen that delivered our furniture were great. Delivery and setup were good. They were happy and helpful.
Honest and friendly service. Sales staff didn’t try and up sale. Delivery staff were fast and efficient. Would recommend to my friends and family.
Product that we bought top notch and service including delivery was fantastic
Amazing...had some damage on delivery on one of my couches...quickly replaced it! Contents communication and follow up was amazing
Excellent service and fast, reliable delivery.
My buying experience and delivery was great BUT... my Ready To Assemble tv stand did not come with the right leg and I had to call everyday for 5 business days until it finally arrived from the warehouse to my local store. While the client care department was kind, they were not helpful. All they could do was send an email. This is not an efficient or acceptable response.
Great service with excellent products. The experience was a pleasure.

Buyer beware!! Most unethical business I have dealt with to date. We went to the Grand Opening Ancaster store, because we had made the decision to buy all new kitchen appliances. We knew what we wanted and they were offering that brand as a "tax free" purchase. We had quotes from Home Depot, which were considerably less than the listed prices at Teppermans (even with the 13% tax savings) so we decided to leave. That is when a salesman Craig Beevor advised us that the listed prices were wrong and their website prices were actually the same as or $5.00 more than Home Depot, PLUS they offered "save the sales tax" Plus they offered a 25% energy saving on the dishwasher which he told us Home Depot could not offer. So we said "It is a deal." That is when it started to go bad. A whole lot of double talk started happening as the bill was being prepared. In the end he said we could not get the 13% sales tax savings because they were offering a Home Depot "price match". But we said your prices are the same as Home Depot. Oh he said our prices are US $. (I thought it was a Canadian company!) He couldn't price match the $1149.99 dishwasher price because the 25% discount they offered made it several dollars cheaper than the Home Depot price of $895.00. After we got home and looked at the bill we realized that one of the items said Custom Order $99.00 non refundable deposit. At no time were we advised of this before the credit card was billed. With our backs up over this and the fact that the salesman intentionally misled us stating that their prices were the same AND they offered no sales tax we decided to revisit Home Depot. Imagine our surprise when we learned that the dishwasher at Home Depot was in fact eligible for the "government" 25% discount making it $700.00. Same package at Home Depot was $515.00 cheaper. My husband went to Tepperman's to cancel the order on the next business day and told them that we were never advised of the non refundable $99.00 and therefore we expected it to be refunded as well. Both the salesman and the manager said "Too bad you are paying the $99.00!" Even with $99.00 Teppermans stole from us we are $416.00 ahead of the game. Thank you Home Depot for restoring our faith!
Great delivery! The delivery people were prompt and professional. I am quite pleased with their performance and the effort that the Sales Person, Dave Riggs, took in helping me find what I needed.

With the technology available in 2019, there has to be a better way to schedule deliveries than giving customers a 2-3 hour window and not be able to even specify morning or afternoon. I’m a single mom who works during your delivery hours - and while I was able to request that they call before they came, I was given a 5 minute “heads up.” No - I don’t have kids over 18, or neighbours who I trust with my garage code.

From the moment we walked in , we felt like we are welcomed and important. Greg in appliances was great . He walked us thru the process and kept our feelings and ideas most important.
We will be back for future purchases
