I was very happy with the service and gear at Teradek . I had many conversations, through email with service and sales dept . Everyone was extremely helpful . I was able to make my purchases and repairs quickly and get the gear shipped back to me fairly quickly .

Often slow to respond. Same with support.
Sales department often slow to respond to phone calls and emails. In-stock availability not always accurate. Pick up in store availability not updated online. Support service team often doesn’t respond to emails and almost never returns voicemails. You need to catch them when they are at their desk. They always come through but it takes extra effort and double checking with this company.

Great product
Great product. Needs to have a firmware update so that it will function in the "internet streaming" menu for youtube. Have remedied the issue for now. Other than that, it's been a solid product.

Fast and Excellent customer service
Teradek was phenomenal when it came to customer service. I asked for a very tiny replacement pice that was hard to describe and they knew immediately what I was asking for and the sent two replacement pieces extremely fast. Well done you guys.

bad hdmi cable. Lots of review requests.
I came in for a simple HDMI to mini HDMI cable. The shop and people were cool but the cable was over priced and when I took it home to text it was malfunctioning. It caused my atomos and camera to short out and output was flickering. I wasn’t going to leave a review for a bad hdmi cable but you guys have emailed me so many times I have finally cracked.
