Ordered a chain for my son at the start of November - got an email confirming order but still haven’t received - waiting over 20 days now. Have emailed several times but no response. Won’t be ordering again.

Item never arrived and they never responded to my messages.. very poor customer service.. would not recommend

Avoid !!! ordered 3 or 4 week ago and it still hasn't arrived, I used next day delivery as well! they ignore your emails and social media messages, absolute scam ! I'm fuming

i ordered a chain 2 weeks ago and i’ve had nothing i’ve sent 3 emails with no reply and nothing has came through about shipping or even delivery wait of time spending money for nothing i think the wearhouse has closed down not going to lie

Product is ok but customer service is terrible. I have emailed five times about an issue with the size of the item and returns and have heard nothing. It is a shame as I like the items I ordered but just can’t get Tericci to respond.

Terrible. Want a refund get no response from anyone for weeks and weeks. Paid for fast delivery came 3 weeks later. Shocking

Don’t order you won’t receive your item. They Don’t reply to emails. Company gone out of business. Says it all really.

Ordered just under 2 weeks ago and not had a single update as to where my order is. Ordered from here before and the communication was terrible last time. It’s a shame because the chain I have already is such good quality, just took weeks to come and no communication from the company.

I had previously purchased a White Gold Rope Chain from Tericci - it was really nice, shiny, looked great. I misplaced it so I ordered another. Not only did it take a month to come after paying for 48hr delivery, its not as nice? Dull, the clasp is different. Shame really. Will probably buy another from elsewhere.

Awful they don’t even send the product just take your money and go awall never reply to any emails you can’t track your product either. DONT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!

You don’t respond when customers require assistance with products. My order took over 2 months to come and overall customer service was very poor
