Avoid if you can find another one in Hobart

Skye is very tardy with everything she does. It appears she speaks to tenants about other tenants behind their backs ie private conversations which are not mentioned in the Minutes. She does not agree with the very common Body Corporate rule that everything that can be seen from the outside of the strata property is covered by Body Corporate funds. Instead, she thinks I should contact every other unit member about the repairs needed to my roof - why??? They are the Body Corporate and they are the only ones I need to contact. This company is so unprofessional - our body corporate was better managed by ourselves - we pay them a bucket load of money and I can't see for what. Their main concern in the last AGM (date given ONE WEEK before it happened) was getting a tenure with them for THREE YEARS. I'm sure we can get out of that one for unsatisfactory service. They have also left a lawn mower/gardener unpaid for too long when they failed to contact the Public Trustee to find the new details of one of the unit owners who has Downs Sydndrome and wasn't able to update them herself. For goodness sake, find someone else - that's the problem - there aren't many companies that do this here so they can get away with being very shoddy. The communication between this small company is atrocious. If you talk with one member of staff when another is away, nothing gets passed on nor written on the file. Because of this, a roofing quote I had (by a tradesperson that they, themselves, sent out) was 'lost' and not known of, and a man who cut the grass was not paid for weeks.
