Excellent service. The terracotta herbs pack was good quality and very well packed. We will see what the herbs are like after planting the seeds in the new year.

The kit is absolutely gorgeous. It was well packaged and attractive. The instructions on the side of the box were easy to follow and the contents were clearly labelled. I especially liked the seed labels.

Terracotta herbs are a delight to deal with; the courier service (UPS) not so much. I was immediately refunded the delivery charge by Terracota herbs as soon as I brought the matter to their attention. P.S. my basil is already beginning to sprout. Yaaay!

Wonderful product and excellent customer service! There were a few mistakes with my order but the team resolved them incredibly promptly and fairly with a refund and personal delivery of missing items. I really appreciated this and would order from them again as the product itself is really lovely.

Loved it - looked great when it came and simple to follow instructions on the box and via a QR code inside ! Very well presented and easy to get it all done and planted - just waiting impatiently for the first shoots. You did very well ! Mike

I bought the herb-growing set as a gift so not used yet. What I'm very pleased about is that everything is included, even the soil.
Product arrived very quickly and well packaged.
Also was frequently updated re status of order.
Would highly recommend.

Easy to order and arrived quickly. Unfortunately I couldn’t find an option to fill out a gift message so the recipient had no idea who it was from!

I was most unhappy to see that you used Amazon as your carrier. I never knowingly use this company as i believe them to use unethical practises and act in an exploitative manner
as for the herbs , i don't feel that i can give an honest review until I see how they perform. I will be very happy to review them then

Fantastic personal service, loved the follow up emails received with growing tips. Really easy ordering process and fast delivery. So glad I chose Terracota Herb Company for my sons Birthday gift.

I ordered this kit as it looked to be a great idea. Although I have a garden it seemed to be a good idea to have ready accessible herbs indoors. At the time of writing I am unable to give a review of the success of the kit as I have just planted up the pots. What I will say is it’s a great idea and I had great fun planting up the herbs. The packaging has been well thought out and the instructions are very clear. You get six different herbs and I planted Parsley, Basil and Oregano as my favourites and the others can be planted later.
They are at present sitting on a sunny windowsill and I am looking forward to their emergence. A great idea

I thought the product was nicely packaged but I didn’t think there was enough soil for the three pots. Am hoping they grow, as I haven’t seen much action so far. If it works out well I might buy them for someone else.

Great product. Would be helpful to provide information or access to help with growing the plants/herbs. I.e. care advice, how much water etc as packing says splash of water but how much is a splash of water
