TerraTherma installed my Air source pump two years ago and everything went well, however i want to commend them for their service over the last 3 days. I called them late one Monday afternoon to report a heating fault, a technician called me back as promised later the same evening (out of hours), managed to guide me through a fix over the phone and the next day another technician turned up to check- great service highly recommend them- thanks

Dishonest from the very start, this company has proved themselves to be unprofessional and incompetent. Go to any other company you can find other than this one.

I’m not one for giving bad reviews unless it’s really warranted. We urgently needed a central heating system installed before winter with a young child and baby on the way. Initial consultations were promising but after a short delay with planning permission which I quickly obtained, they obviously got busy with other customers and just abandoned the project with no explanation. I wouldn’t have minded waiting but they didn’t even have the decency to return my calls and emails. Completely bizarre when I was about to drop a significant sum of money with them on a complete central heating system. Feel very let down, this is appalling, rude and disorganized customer service lacking in integrity and common decency.

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Disorganised. Rude. Messy. The installers admitted many of the reviews online are fake and written by employees. When you check, this is actually true! No doubt they'll fill this one with the same fake reviews.

The installation was awful and turned out to be inefficient and not up to standard. Required further work to be carried out by a different company.
