Terry step lifts don't buy one

Terry step lifts
If you are a wheelchair user and your independence is dependent on a Terry step lift.
Buy literally any other brand.
These lift let water in so they stop working every time it rains, my Terry Step-lift has been the most unreliable piece of equipment I have ever owned.
I'm on e again trapped in my home again
For something designed to be outside, it's terrible
Buy any other brand
It's covered in duct tape and plastic sheeting to help keep water out, but it still finds it's way in.

My lift broke down and I was trapped…

My lift broke down and I was trapped downstairs. Because I hadn’t paid for extended warranty I have been told I’m not a priority it’s been 13 days now and still no sign of any engineer. I’m now that disappointed with this company I have decided to have a stiltz lift fitted. The lift is less than 5 years old.

Driver blocking the whole path

Driver blocking the whole path not one wheel on the road so if a disabled person or someone with a buggy tried to get past they’d have to go onto the road and make their child unsafe!

Have a video if you’d like to see it!

Terrible service

Terrible service!
Excellent phone service, surveyor attended quick sharp and came back with approval drawings pretty rapid, However we couldn’t get an install date until we paid a deposit to place the order, we have now been waiting weeks for a date and still no closer to getting one, I don’t normally post negative reviews but this appears to be an organisational sham
Spoke to customer service and when mentioned that we may have to cancel to go elsewhere if we didn’t at least get an install date was told “ well if that’s what you have to do then so be it”.
all we need is a date, its less than a one day install for one team, literally 4 steps high.
Our previous install from our usual company was a major project including opening up and re-enforcing concrete floors and yet didn’t take this long in the planning to install stage.
