support is non existent
I purchased a refurbished fridge from their website and the item arrived inoperable due to broken parts, improperly packaged, and obviously in "used" condition.
I attempted to contact them multiple times by email, text and voice and have received no response whatsoever. I followed all the directions listed on their website on how to return or exchange the item in a timely matter but it's just crickets on their end.
Eventually, I found a random email on the website that I contacted and they responded with an apology stating that their other email was suspended. They seemed interested in my problem, so I responded with my problem. When I never got a response, I sent several more follow ups and once again nothing but silence.
Support is non existent. Incredibly frustrating.
