Out of pocket and out of patience!!

My new mobile has been 'lost' by the courier. I phoned Tesco Mobile yesterday and was told a replacement would be sent out immediately. I have been paying a new higher tariff on a old phone that I can't use and explained this to Tesco Mobile. I also can't use any shopping Apps so am losing out twice over. 24 hours have passed and I still have not received any notification that the replacement phone has been dispatched.

Been with Tesco mobile for years

Been with Tesco mobile for years, don’t event thinking about swapping any time soon good value for money and superb support, for someone who like to travel across Europe and having free roaming at Tesco I can’t possibly find better offer than Tesco mobile. Fully recommended to everyone.

I went to pay my bill on the app

I went to pay my bill on the app as I normally do when this time when I paid the Tesco system took three payments of me instead of one kept saying refresh as payment not received when I checked my bank app Tesco did take three payments instead of one and all I got off one of the live chat members to try the app later and refresh it again not helpful what's so ever .I am seriously considering my loyalty to Tesco mobile as that wasn't a great experience.

Data for Europe

The sales team at the Tesco Mobile Shop were fantastic. Putting me at my ease and helping me to decide which product was right for me. They were very knowledgeable about a range of networks.
I wanted to improve my access to roaming data in Europe and Tesco Mobile does just that.

Excellent Service

I'm on a SIM 2 year only contract with Tesco Mobile. Been very pleased and have just renewed over the phone for another 2 years. Excellent customer service via phone made it very easy.
