Breach of guidelines
Poor Customer Service and High Pricing
I purchased noise canceling/weather stripping, Apple Car Play, 3d shadow door lights and wheel guards on November 24th. The items arrived nearly a month later and the Apple Car Play wouldn't connect to my 2019 Model S and the wheel guards scratched my rims during installation. I can only imagine what my rims would look like if I actually continued with the installation, drove the car and then decided to remove them. I've reached out to Teslahubs twice asking for help with no response. I submitted a return request for the two items that didn't work and have yet to receive a response. If they accept my return, then I will have to pay for return shipping along with a restocking fee. I believe this is to dissuade people from returning items. Lastly, I checked and found the exact same items on Amazon for substantially lower pricing, approximately 40%. I'm kicking myself for buying from this company as I paid a premium, can't easily return the items despite their advertisement that returns are accepted and had to wait nearly a month for the products to arrive from China. Amazon is certainly not the cheapest, but from now on I'll buy items for my Tesla from them as I'll save money, receive the item quicker and have an easy return if the item doesn't work.

There are major technical issues
There are major technical issues. I have a technical background so I will explain.
The unit communicates with the device over wifi by directing the browser to the devices IP address. This creates a problem because Tesla wants to talk to the internet. There's an ongoing "fight" between the device and Tesla often resulting in the car being disconnected - which means basic functions do not work.
Audio is pumped in via the device and phone. It's tricky to configure because of how Apple Play & Tesla want to function.
THUS, if you aren't interested in using any of Tesla's onboard internet-based functions, the Space Box works.
If you want both, you will be terribly disappointed.
I have requested a return--I have not heard positive reviews so I'm hoping to avoid a charge-back.
Finally, turn-around times for tech support are VERY slow.

Total ripoff
Total ripoff. Spacebox never worked after trying all of their recommendations. Had to pay shipping to return the POS and they kept almost $100 of the purchase price. The Proguard is a POS too, now I get a leak in my trunk when going through carwash. Hope they are out of business soon. DO NOT BUY THEIR GARBAGE PRODUCTS.

I tried the 24/7 customer service (which was nonexistent), and got sent to email and they were no help either. Such horrible service. Had to pay my own return shipping. Instructions are gibberish. Looks like it was written by a Chinese speaker then translated into English by a Russian speaker. Super small. Just a bad product.

This is a scam company. They are a Chinese company using fake names, and will not honor their 14-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. And their product, SpaceBox, does not work.
Terrible company
Terrible company. Online description was false. Their multi USB didn't fit in the new 2024 model 3 Highland and the 2026 model Y Juniper. They were unresponsive and I had to get PayPal involved.
I ordered in total $300 worth of product and the other products I ordered seemed cheaply made.
2 faulty products and non-responsive customer service
I ordered 2 products.
The Noise Protection Pro Guard strips. - They make zero difference. I measured using an app before and after just to check and the noise remained at a restaurant level 76. I did not send any complaint or request a refund for this yet.
The eclipse shades. I installed all 4 door shades following the cleaning process according to their instructions. 2 of them do not stick properly and have come off. The 3rd broke at the holder.
I have sent pictures and details by email on July 8th. They responded back July 9th saying they will get back with a resolution.
After a few days I followed up and they responded on July 23rd saying "We are pleased to inform you that we will be proceeding with a resolution for the issues you've encountered. We will provide a more detailed update on the specific next steps and the proposed solution very shortly."
Since then they are not responding to any follow ups from my emails back on July 23 as well as Aug 12.
Bought a MagicBox CarPlay Kit for my Tesla. No work
Bought a MagicBox CarPlay Kit for my Tesla from Teslahubs. Does not work.
Contacted the firm, they sent a link to update the firmware along with instructions. What a mess. The instructions say to put the update file on a microSD card, then insert said card into the MagicBox. THERE IS NO microSD card slot on the MagicBox. Now they don't respond at all to my request for refund. Will contact Visa to stop payment to these losers.
Good product for my Tesla
I didn’t seem to have any issues with this company. The customer service team responded to my issues within a timely manner. I appreciated their response to my questions about the item I purchased. I will be ordering other products from them in the near future.

Misleading Product, Ignored Refund Requests – Avoid!
I purchased the Magic Box (Order #19841) after being assured it would work in Australia without browser integration. This was completely false. In Tesla vehicles here, the browser is disabled while driving, which means the Magic Box is totally unusable for navigation or CarPlay/Android Auto in motion.
I’ve now requested a refund three times. Each time, my emails have been ignored or brushed off. Under Australian Consumer Law, products must be fit for purpose and match their description — this one isn’t even close.
The company’s lack of honesty in selling the product and complete disregard for customer service is shocking. Save yourself the frustration — buy from a business that stands behind its products and respects its customers.
Verdict: Misleading advertising + zero accountability = AVOID.

I ordered a product from TeslaHubs in June. What I received was the wrong item shipped from China, and after weeks of emails, I still haven’t received a refund or replacement.
Their customer support is virtually non-existent. No one responds reliably, and there’s no real person to talk to. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I feel completely ignored.
I strongly recommend avoiding this company. It feels like a drop-shipping scam with no customer accountability.
