This website is an absolute scam I ordered a mirror stand for my daughter in December and it said FedEx delivered it but I have never received the product, when I tried to contact them they said the order was delivered to wrong address by accident and they will send me a product along with a freebie and this was in beginning of January. I have tried to contact them again in February still not heard from them and the website is not working now. This is absolutely shameful that they are so unreliable.

SCAM- STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Emails say delivered to Romford. No where near me.

Don't buy anything from the company as they're a scam. Placed an order and paid for the walking pad. Took my money and now can't access website to check my order. Have emailed twice but no answer. Before they changed / removed their link in my order placed email, said couldn't find order. SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Scam!!! Do not order from this site as they use fake tracking numbers and false “delivery” status to the wrong address. Of course they don’t reply to emails either

Scam scam scam…… ordered a mirror and it was no where near the delivery address I gave also try to message the email provided but no response for weeks. Stay away and save your money.

Avoid as they are shocking, arranging a charge back to my bank for refund now as product never received.

ABSOLUTE SCAM! As with every other review on here, FedEx tracking shows the item delivered to an address which is nowhere near the county that you live in. Now I’ve got to try and get my money back through my bank as emails to this fake outfit are obviously being ignored.

Ordered a walking machine which I never received. All emails ignored. Was supposed to be delivered by FedEx but was showing it was going to an address in Nottingham when I live in Bristol. I contacted FedEx they asked name of company i ordered from and what the item was when I gave them this info they said it didn’t match what they had. It was a different item and different company name I am fuming. Not right they can get away with doing things like this. I am in the process of trying to get my money back from my bank. Please don’t fall for this scam. Wish I had seen these reviews before I stupidly gave them my money.

Beware of Tesolle – Possible Scam!

I ordered two Madrid oversized mirrors from Tesolle, but I never received them. When I tracked my order, it falsely showed as "delivered." I contacted the courier company, and they informed me that the tracking number provided by Tesolle was incorrect and not even under my name.

I have been trying to contact Tesolle, but they have not responded at all. It seems like I have been scammed.

If you're considering buying from this company, please be cautious! You may end up paying for something you will never receive. I strongly advise against purchasing from Tesolle.

I wish I read these reviews before I paid for the item, I’ve been scammed same as the other people on here. I have reported them to my bank to claim my money back.

Do not order with this company -I received a fedex tracking number last week confirming my parcel had been delivered to the wrong address and now this company haven’t delivered my item and all of my emails are being ignored - SCAMMERS !!!!!

Ordered a treadmill with the mother in law. Package was delivered to Bolton and then asked for duty to be paid on it. As of yet not recieved parcel. Had to raise a claim through my bank to reimburse the money. Stay away from this company. Absolute scam

Never received our order, said it has been delivered in Barnstaple we live in Wales, not answering any emails

I'm devastated that I've not recieved my order however the tracking system states it was delivered at the weekend.
I have sent emails which have been ignored so far.
Such a shame because there were many positive trustpilot reviews on the page 😢

Avoid this store run by cowboys they are scammers l ordered a telescopic ladder which l was told it got delivered but on a wrong address,l did a follow up but I was told they are sending the ladder to my address there was a mistake,waited for the promised date no delivery came to my doorstep,I involved the bank that’s how l received my refund

DO NOT order from this company, Use fake FedEx tracking codes, and eventually dont reply to emails...Complete scammers
