I received a call from Natasha to enquire if I would like to review options for my health insurance, which i agreed to. Natasha was extremely professional, knowledgeable, spoke clearly and had a friendly manner. She called back when she said she would, and explained the policies available, but leaving me to decide the best option for myself. As there was little difference between the policies apart from price, I chose Vitality, saving myself almost £1000 a year!! Thank you Natasha, great result.

Zain at Tessa Alliance took the time to walk me through my health insurance options, explaining everything clearly and in simple terms. Really excellent speedy service from Quentin, who supplied all the comparable private medical insurance available in the end I settled for BUPA Which literally saved me thousands of pounds.

I spoke to Aaron - I thought this would be just another quick sale to sell something. But this was very professional and on point. Aaron was just not professional but he took a holistic approach and put your needs first and was honest in his replies and did his best to meet your needs and advised what would be good and what wouldn't and what would be value for money and what wouldn't.
Not only that he has a sense of humor - and at times you need someone at the end of the other line.

The service and the after support they provide is excellent and I have spoken to many insurance brokers in my time and no has come close to the way Aaron made me feel and took a interest for my needs with respect and integrity.

I will recommend this brokers to my friends and family.

Right from the start of my enquiry Craig Parker listened to what I was looking for and gave excellent advice. There was no pushing any one provider as we went through the various options until the best one for my requirements was found. I also found that Craig really knew what he was talking about unlike some other people from different companies I had enquired with over the course of the month. Also there was plenty of time given for me to go over the details of the policy before I went ahead with it.

James was extremely patient with all my questions and explained all the options clearly. He gave me excellent information which enabled me to make an informed decision.

Thanks to James for patiently going through the various options with me, chasing up and getting back promptly to provide me with an option that was better than I was expecting having got some independent quotes. Very happy.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Natasha. Our first call focussed on our health cover needs and the options available and we were provided with a number of quotes. We arranged a follow up call for a few days later but in advance of that call, I sent a number of questions / requests to Natasha via email which she responded to quickly and resulted in a number of new quotes being provided for different levels of cover. This meant that I was much better informed for our second call where we were quickly able to conclude on the best policy and level of cover for us.

My experience was with James Smith. I was phoned immediately I'd clicked on needing a quote. James was very patient and friendly and genuinely seemed to want to get the best deal for me. He explained things clearly and I am very happy with the service of finding better cover at a better price. Can't yet comment on the health insurance provider.
