They are a scam site

They are a scam site; they charge you without letting you know, and the billing address is so sketchy that you don't even know it's from them, and the customer support doesn't get back to you. I got billed yesterday again after a year of trying to close the damned account. Im reporting them to my bank and to the government here in Catalonia.

Im thankful

I thought that I was tricked too like all the other people in the reviews being charged 47 euros, but the refund process was quick like asap. I really thank to one of the communicators, that helped me with my problem!
