Great course, our trainer and the facilities were all excellent.
With so much information to learn, I think the course could be improved by running the face to face component over two days. Nevertheless I received a good result and am now competent. Thank you.

Tag & Testing for persons who have had a good experience in the Electrical and General workplace experience over a few good years.
The Face To Face Training Day was excellent. Mark Juric was concise, direct, and focused on what we needed to know to become accredited Test & Tag persons. The practical testing and written assessment was also spot on.

Advanced Test & Tag…
I completed the Advanced Test & Tag course and was very disappointed. The training was vague and did not cover 3-phase testing in enough detail to build confidence. It needs to be hands on training. I never received the course book that was meant to be included, and their advertised “lifetime support” has been non-existent, my follow-up questions remain unanswered. I would not recommend this provider for advanced training.

Great course with knowledgeable instructor
The course was well set out with lots of good explanations and examples given. The instructor had many years of experience as an electrician and with test and Tag and was able to make things interesting with real life experience

The face to face was incomparable
The face to face was incomparable. The pre-course requirement from the star indicated it would only be a two or so hour task. By the time I had completed it you will see from your records it was almost 13 hours. Not certain how the two or so hours estimate was arrived at.
