Highly recommend this test and tag…

Highly recommend this test and tag training course! The content was clear and practical, giving me the confidence to perform testing competently. The instructor, Peter, was exceptionally helpful and made the learning process smooth and effective. A very worthwhile course.

Thanks team!

I really enjoyed the session! Mark was super friendly and explained everything clearly. The lunch was great, and everyone on the team was really helpful and nice. As someone with a carpentry background, I didn’t know much about electrical stuff, but this course gave me a good basic understanding. Big thanks to all the team!

Terrible

The service was not as stated on the website and the customer service was awful. The person we had the misfortune to speak with customer service ranged from patronising to hysterical screaming. Won't be recommending to my friends.

A Long day

The course went far too long for the amount of information been presented.

Some students actually tell us they’d prefer more time for hands-on practice, while others feel it’s just right—so we do our best to strike that middle ground.

The face-to-face training course

The face-to-face training course, excellent instructor Doug provided clear explanations and examples that covered the needs of all students, regardless of their level of knowledge. Great written materials which we get to keep.

Preliminary WHS material, would have been better if students could retain/print a hard copy. I know material changes, but very useful information and links to relevant sections of legislation, etc.

No Certificate Yet

After completing the course I received 2 emails. 1st one stated one of my online modules was not completed and needed to be completed before certificate can be issued. I rang you and was told no, that is not correct and disregard the email. The 2nd email stated that my certificate could not be issued because my student enrolment form was not complete and please go online and complete it. I rang you again and spoke to Neil and again he said I should not have been sent either of those emails and he doesn’t know why they were sent to me.
Neil checked and everything to do with my course is correct, nothing is outstanding and he said my certificate should take maybe a week to be sent out.
That was 10 days ago and I still haven’t received it or any explanation as to why I haven’t got my certificate yet. As you can appreciate I am not impressed with what has happened since completing the course.

T& Tag review

The face to face course was good packed with information, maybe too packed for a senior like me, my head was ready to explode at the end of it, might be an idea to run it over 2 days. Russ Tuff was very enjoyable and quite a character with great sense of humour and stories.
Bit of misshap with the online component but was sorted in the end.

The training was excellent although the…

The training was excellent although the practical side was a little haphazard. Maybe a few tweaks is in order to that element of the training.
Tha follow up support provided after going ‘live’ is outstanding. The folk I addressed my questions with were knowledgeable and patient. Outstanding!
