Don't waste your time here, it does not track or rewards the points suggested, for example the game I selected was advertised as 103 coins per minute in testerbuddy, to nake $2 i neded 11200 coins, so about 109 minutes, but it took me over 15 hours to get to 11200 so don't want your time with this app. Total scam

How devices are still allowing this app to be downloaded just proves that the reviews a the app page itself are fabricated in some way. App works fine for first few hours then it stops tracking the activity meaning you never get any points as it doesn’t show you passing any levels! Customer service is non existent, you mail them along with screenshots of the issues but never get a response then to add insult to injury they send you an email about 2 weeks later asking how they did??? I replied back to that saying how can I review what you have not done and again added all screen shots and emails but still absolutely nothing and it’s now well over a month since that was sent. So many people saying the same or similar things yet the app itself is showing positive reviews that give it a good star rating which makes me wonder if those good reviews are actually left by real users as the high rating is probably the only reason it is still being allowed as a download. Don’t waste any time or effort as you won’t gain anything from this app. I still have all the emails I sent along with screenshots as proof should the company operating this app ever claim responsibility.

Everything good until i was getting the 2£ gift cards when I tried to get a 5£ my points were taken and a gift card never received. It says until 24 the card has to be sent that has passed already and afterwards tried again with another 2£ it was sent to me immediately but the 5£ was lost and never found. Thought it is a legit app indeed its just the next scam

Was brilliant most of the time, until it come to customer service, emailing them is a nightmare as they don’t reply back, and if they do, it’s to say they are investigating and then you won’t hear off them again. I had a problem with two gift cards pending since May this year, still haven’t received them, sent over 15+ emails and still barely an answer, only two to say they were investigating and that was months ago.

Been pretty lucky other times with other gift cards, but customer service is horrific

I have been playing for about 3 days, my opinion so far is pretty positive. I’m not in the games a lot and I’ve got about 5$ to cash out. I should have about 15$ more but this is where they lose a star. I have found if they have a bonus challenge that says if you spend a certain amount of $, I haven’t gotten that money yet. Usually you complete a reward and it’s automatically earned, but not with these. They also disappear after you do them so you will get the points automatically but I’m not sure when or if I’ll get the automatic “cash” but I’ve contacted customer service so we shall see. Overall a better experience than most I’ve played.

Its a scam dont play guys I request too all of you i payout 2euro did'nt recieved nothing.

Got a few good payouts at first - Amazon credit- the goals are very high and takes weeks if not months to reach , now I’m finding that I’ve finally reached the correct goals and the app has stopped tracking that goal and is not honouring my reward! Very annoying after all my efforts .
On the app you cannot request your reward on the game played or contact them

At first the app was good. Received a good amount of payouts but only for £1.20 and £2.20. But when it came to cashing out £5.00 I got nothing. Spent ages trying to get the points and when both me and my partner eventually did you get nothing if it’s any higher than £2.20. Usually payouts take around about an hour or less which was great. My last request has been processing for about 2 days now. Contacted the customer service and all you get back is an automated reply. It’s a shame because the app seemed good and legit at first. There’s no way to contact them other than the email. I know a good amount of people who use the app and have the exact same issues. Hopefully they see this because you can’t get there attention any other way. Let’s hope this will be sorted and will happily delete the comment.

I had trouble with getting credit for downloading and playing a game. The game started tracking and had me play to level 50, at which I was supposed to get more coins. It didn’t credit them. So I reached out to their support via email. I included details, screenshots and all the pertinent info. I received an email back stating sometimes this happens and to play a different game. They also said to send screenshots in a separate email. Which I found odd. I did that and received the same email back. They are obviously using AI or something to respond to inquiries. I tried four different times and worded the emails and the subject lines a little different and received the same response. It’s been over a week and I still do not have the credit for the game. They brag in some of their commercials about their TrustPilot rating, but clearly they are not taking care of people.

I got paid for the $1.40 and $2.80 payouts but when it came to $5.50 payout they kept telling me they sent it but never did. I messaged a few more times and they just stopped answering me. Ticks me off, I spent a lot of time on these games

The worst of this company is that firstly they do everything to make you play more and more and then ask for a review from you, which is absolutely not normal. you have a lot of troubles with the payment From them. The Support once they see they have to pay you or better to say once they keep showing you payment is processing they won’t ever answer to you again stay far away from them. If you register, PayPal, firstly, they will transfer it on the Google play even though you can’t Withdraw a single penny from Google play if you’re an iPhone user. if you delete the app, normally everything you’ve done and you worked for will be gone and that’s on the terms and conditions. What they do is trying to make you leave everything so you don’t get paid after that they will start giving you Amazon gift cards even though you registered your PayPal account to redeem your points, they are not serious at all. It’s just a big fun scam company

I signed up for an offer to purchase an in-app package that promised a prize of €11 but I wasn't recognized. I wrote several times to support who responded with an automatic email telling me to open a new ticket attaching the screenshots but at that point the automatic email returned... I would therefore say that the offers on games are misleading and the support is non-existent. Mah attention when you pay for an offer!!

I’m so very annoyed with the test buddy app I’ve been playing a game for a couple months now and the game is still active but this not tracking the progress anymore. I’ve email there support 9 times now and nobody has replied. I’d classify this app as a scam in the beginning they let you cash out a couple times then it starts to freeze your progress. Can any company out there just be legit for once and not screw everyone over. There’s just no integrity these days.

My best advice is to just delete the app and not use it.
My £50 worth of gift cards have been processing for over a month.
I’ve email customer service everyday but never get a response. There’s just no support whatsoever.
Only thing I can do at this point is cut my losses and warn others not to use it. You’ll just end up frustrated and disappointed.

Updated 5 months later - still haven’t had the gift cards owed.

At first they paid out now they owe me £100 and still have not paid me and when I email them you get a generic email to say try another game if this does not work or update but when it updates up to this point you reply to the email and tell them and don’t get a reply when it comes to paying out money it don’t work and you also don’t get the points it advertises for as well

Downloaded a game and got to nearly the level of payout then noticed they had halved the payment and doubled the target. Tried emailing them as there was no time frame when I started the game but no response. Not going to continue as no doubt they will do the same again.
