One star is even too much. If you are invited to take a screening test for a new job, don’t expect much. I had to complete 16 critical thinking questions that required thorough reading and multiple answers in less than 10 minutes, which is almost 37 seconds per question. It’s a waste of time.

Fundamentally flawed system. Some questions were grammatically incorrect, some required a single “correct” answer when nuance meant none were correct, some required you to pretend / play act to be in a role and scenario wholly unconnected to your experience or the role you are applying for. I am concerned what hiring companies will really learn from this.

The tests to make sure your employee are actually capable are great but limiting the time on questions that needs careful reading is so unfair its limits the ability for very skilled and capable people that are take thier time reading and making sure they understand correctly is outrageous i understand there has to be a time limit its a test yes but its too short to get anything done or answer accurately

You should look into other better options like synap or vervoe

Based on my experience, the platform is designed to try to get you to have a free test and trick you into upgrading to monthly but you will not be informed that you will be in a contract. It is on their main page but if you go through the free testing funnel, it is totally very deceptive. Not clear, you will see annual billing but not that you are going to get tied into it for a YEAR.

Another strategy for them to get your money is when somewhere very small in their website says that if you are an agency that they have a different plan/pricing. So, you need to be very careful to upgrade on your own as they will just bluntly say "oh, that is against the policy" you need to pay this so we will update you to an agency profile" etc. If at the very beginning you know that I am an agency, why did you let my account to pay for that other package then they will say "it is stated in the policy" it's not refundable and just cancel it without refund. So, you will end up having 2 options, say goodbye to your $111 or pay for their agency upgrade for $2000+ without properly testing their platform. Barely did a thing in their platform and money GONE. It is definitely a scam and a trap!

Now for the third part, the customer service is just not helpful and even if you try to give the app another try, you will be put off by how they handle things in there. No, you take my $111 and I am happy to stay away from this horrible company.

I have recently given a test for testGroilla company itself and did not hear back from them, eventhough I scored 100th percentile on test.

They are not responding to emails or anything else.

It was challenging but well prepared, the only dilemma is that for those that a slow in reading will miss great opportunities. At the end of the day even slow or careful readers are capable of working for each job opportunity, but it passes due to them being slow, not competence but the inability to read fast.
