Testi is a terrible app to say the least. It almost gave me a heart attack. They show tests on their app which are already gone. Before you try to book it,the test is gone and then the test will still be showing on the app.

The worst case, is that it stopped working. It just doesn't work,I started thinking if I need to resubscribe or pay another subscription fee but then there was no such option on the app. Please dont waste your money,its a nightmare

I honestly do not understand where all the bad reviews for this app are coming from, once I registered with a premium account I had my test date changed within 1 week.

TIPS for usage- once you click on a cancelation and it takes you through to the DVSA website you should see the cancelations available straight away as its pre populated with your driver and test number if you have set the correct settings on your phone.
I always found the best options were between 9 and 10am each morning with multiple test dates on offer.
I can only assume all the bad reviews on here are from people who are frustrated because they have incorrect settings on there mobile device, TESTI asks you if you need help within the app, my advise is use it and stop moaning, its not the apps fault it the USERS....

Dreadful app! Takes your money but then you never hear a thing or get any updates regarding test cancellations. Waste of money!

I bought a premium membership, but my account hasn't been opened. No one has paid attention. It's a fake site. Stay away from it.

I spent weeks waiting for a test using Testi with no luck and felt it was a waste of money. Then I tried DrivingTestFinder.co.uk and they found me a test quickly without me even having to lift a finger. Highly recommend

It just doesn't work. We're using 3 different phones, on different networks. Whenever we see any tests, it's impossible to do anything about it. Pretty much hangs every time you then try and click through to DVSA.
Genuinely useless, and will be looking to get refunded as it's completely ineffective.
Telling that there's no responses ever from the developers here to the complaints.

Now blocked from even manually changing my driving test due to this app. If you use an app like this the DVSA block you. Spent two days trying to get unblocked still no success just told should not have used a third party booking system.

Do not waste your money on this pathetic app. I bought it with the hope of booking an earlier driving test, and it does show the dates, but that's where the functionality ends. For the last THREE DAYS, every single time I try to book a slot, the app just hangs on a loading screen. It's a cruel tease. It shows you the golden ticket but then slams the door in your face. The app is fundamentally broken, and the developers should be ashamed to take money for such a non-functional product. I feel completely ripped off. Save your time and your money; this app is a scam.

I never get notifications about when there’s a date I always have to go onto the app myself and find it and by then it would’ve been too late. It shows me dates after my booked appointment even when I asked it to only show me tests before my date.
It’s unreliable and I wouldn’t waste your money on it :)

The app doesn't work anymore. Once you click on the new appointment you have to log in to the DVSA website and go through a captcha test. By the time you are logged in all the appointments are gone. It's useless. I have had it for months and have had no luck. Don't pay for it!

Totally rubbish app. Dont waste your money. Never get near a test date by the time Ive verified I'm a human

The app is full of bugs and incorrect test availability data, waste of time and money. I need refund

Can’t believe I wasted £12 on this rubbish! Paid to have the premium experience where apparently you’re notified of all cancellations and can change with just a click of a button. Absolute tosh! When you click on the button you then have to go through the whole DVLA log in process, and then amend your search details, so by the time you’ve actually done all this, the test is long gone! Don’t waste your money!

I have downloaded the testi app twice, paying from premium both times, for my two sons to try and rearrange their driving tests. After spending two whole days with the testi app running on my phone, refreshing every minute, and simultaneously logged in via several browsers to the test rebooking site, I came to the realisation that the test slots flagged up by the testi app are completely fictitious - the amount of times the app told me there was a slot, but it didn't exist on the rebooking site, and vice versa, bears this observation out. Your app is a total scam - the slots you claim are there are false, and it's just blind luck if there happens to be one available after one of your scam victims follows the testi redirect. I successfully changed my sons test dates eventually - shockingly, the slots I managed to get them didn't even register on the testi app, even though I had it open and running on that test centre. So I would like a refund, two x premium registration please. I will be adding this as a review to try to warn other people off falling for this con.

I would have given zero, because it has been a month and really no update on selected test centers, if you get any by the time you login..it is not there. Totally useless app. I paid twice by mistake and asking refund since a month.

Absolutely Useless App

It only gives you notifications, and whenever I click the notification the cancellation test always seems to disappear. I tried this app for a long time, no success in securing cancellation.

Complete waste of time & money, the cancellations come through but at one point for one test it showed there were over 87k people ahead of me, its absolutely impossible & completely frustrating, I used this 3 years ago for my daughter and it worked, I have no idea what has happened to this App in recent years but save yourself the heartache and money

Don’t waste your money. The tests that show up are long gone by the time you go through the app.

Rubbish!!! I used it 3 years ago for my son and it was great, really easy to get a test. Now the only test you can get are the ones released on a Monday morning for 6 months away. I have clicked on 100’s of notifications and they are all gone by the time I get on. Do not buy, waste of money
