Being a tester for TM was fantastic! It wasn't just about using a product; it was about collaborating. The team was incredibly responsive to questions and the follow-up surveys dug deep into the "why" behind opinions.

Rebates were never paid, and customer service is completely unresponsive. I've sent numerous messages through the website, email, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram, but none received a reply. If this was ever a legitimate rebate site, it certainly isn’t anymore.

This is not my first time doing rebate sites, I tried this one out and bought a t shirt. Two weeks later it said my balance was paid out, even though i never requested it or anything. Well anyways, i went to my email, all over the website, looking for information on where this payout was sent?? How to redeem it? ANYWAY to get my rebate.. NOTHING. I have been contacting customer service since JULY and no response. SCAM beware!!! Now the amazon return is past due and i have a shirt that i wouldnt have bought if not on rebate, which is annoying.

So far I have gotten a few products on test market and been paid back for them all. I like that they do not charge a fee. And they do answer emails when you have an issue. I look forward to see what else I can get. I have not “made” any money so I am not sure what others mean by that.

It may seem a little complicated in the beginning, because it is a lot of information to take in and remember, but once you start doing it, you'll see it really is quite simple. Besides, they are with you every step of the way to answer any questions and provide further assistance as necessary. They have customer service available if needed, but I've never had to use it since detailed, step-by-step instructional guides (usually with photos to reference) are provided for what I can only imagine is any possible scenario that may occur.

They've always fulfilled their promised obligations promptly and without fail, or other issue. Just follow the process and you won't have any complaints either.
