Appalling customer service.
I am the office and procurement manager of a small maintenance business in Soho. I have just received a phone call from a member of your team, who was attempting a pitch to collaborate.
Enquiring about PAT testing, after which I had explained that we have a qualified PAT tester on our team. He then continued to push for Fire Alarm servicing, then FRA's to all of which I explained we have already on our team.
He then went on to question if I was " even the person who makes any decisions in my company". I told him I am and he hung up the phone.
I did not catch his name, as he hung up so abruptly but 5530 is the ending of the number he contacted me on.
I had called back to ask for the name of the company he is calling from, to which he asked "why" I was asking.
This type of "sales" pitch is not professional nor is it appealing for any maintenance company to want to work together with this kind of staff attitude.
