I met with the lovely Iona a few weeks ago and had a very positive experience. The allergy test is an easy process and throughout Iona offers helpful advice and tips to help adjust accordingly with your allergies/intolerances. Her knowledge is extensive. Since my visit, altering my diet and Iona’s advice has helped improve my health massively.

She is exceptionally knowledgeable and informative and my intolerance testing revealed many food intolerances, more than I had anticipated. Now with exact and specific guidelines I am on my road to best health!

I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Iona, very factual and straight to the point. She identified a dairy intolerance and a month later I've lots more energy and much less joint pain.

Wow. What can I say. Absolutely full of knowledge is Iona. She made me feel very comfortable and explained things to a T. I have only just had this test done a few days ago, but I'm already feeling the benefits. So much so, I will be taking my daughter to get tested soon too. Highly recommend Iona. She's an angel.

I just want to thank the lovely Iona from my family and I. My husband got tested over a yr ago, and with Iona’s advice it was life changing for him, so followed by my youngest daughter aged 8 a couple months later again with fab results with changes made, and more recently last wk one of my other daughters aged 15.
Iona is very accommodating with us having to travel from the islands, she explains things so well, and we walked away each time feeling comforted knowing she was always there for advice if needed.
We are very grateful, and would highly recommend!

What a fantastic service . Iona is very professional, knowledgeable and extremely encouraging. I received my blood test kit very easy instructions and easy to follow test. I then popped it into the post and got my results within 2 days .The handbook is an excellent resource lots of tips , videos and helpful information. I felt like it was a conversation whilst reading it.
Once I received my results it was clear what I needed to eliminate from my diet .
I wish I had a taken a before and after picture as results happened quicker than I could have imagined. I am enjoying finding out ways to keep my machine going, Thank you Iona

Honestly can't thank Iona enough,I've suffered from severe skin problems for years when I met Iona she already knew what I had so didn't have test as I needed I actually need the blood testing,I would highly recommend anyone to make an appointment,you have nothing to loose I'm really so glad I went as I can see light at the end of tunnel now

Iona is so knowledgeable and explains things really well. We had been trying to pinpoint my daughter's intolerances for years but having this test done and knowing where to start with excluding things from her diet has really changed her life, the issues she was having with her stomach have entirely disappeared and she's so much happier and healthier. Her relationship with food is also improving as a result. We were so impressed with what we learnt that myself, my husband and my eldest daughter have all since been through the test and have all had amazing results in how we feel. Iona really makes you feel comfortable and although the info could be overwhelming the way she explains it all makes it a much less daunting prospect to cut things out. I recommend this to everyone!

Iona is so knowledgable she does the test gives you advice on what she has found and follows it up with information sheets to assist you. Ions is friendly and puts you at ease as soon as you enter. Would definitely recommend.

I have a teenager who has felt ill very regularly for as long as I can remember. Iona tested her, gave advice, recommended foods she should avoid on the back of the test, and foods and juices which should be encouraged. What a difference we have seen. Iona constantly followed up and gave lots of advice and encouragement afterwards. Thoroughly recommend her services and expertise.

Iona is very welcoming and certainly knows her stuff! I have been experiencing uncontrollable skin rashes for months and couldn’t understand the cause. After only 3 weeks of eliminating the foods advised my skin is clear. If I could post a before and after photo I would. I’m over the moon. Thank you Iona!
