Rudest customer service i've ever had
Just got off chat with the rudest customer service advisor i have ever spoken to. The DIGITAL test was purchased in 2024, i noticed it on my bank statement and realised id sided this as i didnt realise i had to purchase a test kit as well as the digital test? I was really confused that the kit wasnt included, so its obviously been forgotten about in the grand scheme of life. I asked if i could have a refund as i has just paid for the digital test, no actual testing was done by them. This was their response:
'You purchased in June 2024, almost two years ago
Why the delay?
There is no option for refund after two years of purchase 15:05
And we will not honour the testing either. There is 12 months window for sending the sample.'
I also revcieved a point blank response when i told them the reasons for why it was forgotton about as i was struggling. when you purchase something you assume it includes everything it was misleading to only sell you a digital format without sending you a physical kit to actually test for a sensitivity? It had been a long time so i understand some things go outside of a refund window but they provided no service to me what so ever. I just sent over £40 for nothing.
