Unfortunately refunds are restricted and should we make a mistake refunds are issued. The reason we can't have kits just sent back is we are unable to restock the items. As this is a pharmaceutical product we have to follow the rules and actually destroy the kits should they get returned, this is to make sure nothing has been tampered with and made unsafe.

We have investigated your order which was placed on a Saturday evening, this was collected by Royal Mail on Monday. This was dispatched via Track48 which is 2-3 working days for delivery. Tuesday was a Royal Mail strike. Your order arrived on Day 3 28th October.

Fairly good price for the tests and website was easy to use and to place order. Shame they use Royal Mail to deliver them as it took longer than expected for my order to arrive.

22nd October at 18:17 you placed your order, last order for same day dispatch is 12pm on a Saturday.
23rd October - no order go out on a Sunday at present.
24th October - Royal Mail collected your order, you selected Track48 which is a 2-3 working day delivery. Expected delivery 27th -28th October.
25th October - Royal Mail strike, details advised online

Incorrect web site information.
On the website before you buy it states in the FAQ “our lab operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year” but when you do the test it tells you “any results received at our lab after midday on Friday may not be processed until the following Monday “!
I nearly couldn’t fly because of this had to arrange and pay for another test.
Update.
After contacting the company they did, after some initial hesitation, offer a refund. Apparently, the web site information was incorrect and they will be correcting it.

Delivery was meant to be on Wednesday 25th October, predicted delivery Monday 31st, so much for 48hr delivery, suffering badly with Covid and needed the tests asap

I returned the PCR test on Saturday the…
I returned the PCR test on Saturday the 22nd of October. Today is the 27th of October and so far I have not received any certificate or communication as to why.

Upon checking, the return tracking for your sample advises that it was collected by Royal Mail on Monday 24th of October and delivered to the Lab PO box yesterday. PCR processing may take anything up to 24 hours from entering the main Laboratory, meaning that your result can be released at any point today.
I apologise for any inconvenience caused by the delay in Royal Mail delivering your sample. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly if you would like any further information.
