Awful product.. never rotated even at higher wind speed of 15mph... And item started getting rusted after 2months... Large gaps in the assembly and water can seep inside. No proper seals. Avoid at all cost!!

They are pirates. never saw my purchase, thousands of excuses for months. I had to call visa for my refund. Nice website but all fake.

I really wish I'd seen these reviews before I paid for the Hera model wind turbine. Since seeing them, I've tried almost daily to cancel the order and get a full refund and the responses have all been copy/paste from those I've seen here - there are supply chain problems, it may be late, the unit is about to be despatched, the unit is nearly ready, and so forth. The most heinous is a double bind trap whereby opening the box, as you might to check you have all the right contents, invalidates a full refund. It has to be returned unopened and, as they judge whether or not it has been, in-transit damage or just plain deceit would disqualify you. A partial refund is only possible after their technician has 'helped' you fix any problems and possibly also bought new parts. So right now, I can't get a cancellation without paying a 15% fee (and no I'm not doing that) and if it arrives, which I doubt, I can't check the contents without forfeiting the refund and nor can I return it unopened with any confidence they'll behave responsibly. Their emails are no-reply, they don't respond on Twitter or LinkedIn but I have screenshots of the entire Messenger exchange and I've reported them to ActionFraud. Wonderfully aspirational as their website and newsletters are, these are just empty lures. I gave them the option of being 'a group of people who had a brilliant idea but no business skills' rather than frauds and they didn't take it up. The conversation is ongoing because every piece of information I can extract helps me build a case should I need to do so.
10th June. I've done a lot of digging around this company and its personnel and products since my first encounter, and I've seen now three (of six) positive reviews for these products on Amazon which are almost certainly the same people listed in Tesup's summary of key personnel at Companies' House (I have screenshots). Another has left a 5* review here, her name identical to one also from Tesup's Companies House details. I gather using names is proscribed by Trustpilot, hence the anonymity. Should add I've also filed a report with ActionFraud and alerted my bank with a view to Chargeback reimbursement.
Further update: Tesup issued a full refund on June 10th.

I had similar paid up front, no delivery, impossible to communicate issues. Only pay with credit card. If you look at the box of tricks below the turbine shaft on their photo’s, its clear they cannot be waterproof. I don’t understand how this company and its website have not been closed down.

This company is horrible, i ordered over $3000 in products and month after month they kept lying saying they would deliver, they never did! I asked for a refund they claimed they charge a 15% fee for that.. the product never made it to me fee for what? Well currently they have refunded only one product for a total of $688.00 and can’t tell me when I’ll receive the rest it has been almost 4 months now and they just keep telling the same things over and over it’s all lies and all their top reviews are lies they don’t have comments in the video section or youtube or social media so no one can complain and call them out. I’m warning y’all now they are 100% not legit! They will be hearing from our companies attorneys to file a lawsuit

Worst company ever . Completed my order , paid in full . 15 months later still waiting on some of my purchase . Inverter and cables . Biggest online purchase mistake in my life . Cant get any joy with all the emails I sent . Wasting my money and now my time. Disgusted in them and myself for that matter as I fell for the fancy website.I could write a book on my bad experience with them.

I ordered a growatt inverter to use with my Atlas x paid it on 7th march then got a email on 5thApril to say shipment is on its way got a tracking and order number,
then things went badly wrong , tracked parcel for two weeks to learn there was no parcel just a label had been created ,no contact number just emails which was a waste of time , I got refund through debit card. Do not deal with this company

ordered turbine kit £2200 at time of ordering showed in stock never came contacted company and was told components shortage but was given a new date for delivery that date passed contacted company again was told another date this past tried to get refund no response so luckily was able to get my card to refund under a dispute

I ordered a product on 21 March 2023, I have not received any correspondence in regards to when i will receive the delivery. I tried contacted Tesup via the whatsapp number no response, I tried their chat room on their site no response. No email address that can be used to contact them, this is bad service

I haven't even bought one of their products its impossible to contact them for any advice. I can only imagine where you would be if you had a problem they seem geared up to taking your money and nothing else.If I was you give this Mickey mouse company a wide berth .

The slowest company to deliver two turbines that have failed to work . the controller was wired incorrect .I would not recommend the Atlas X to anyone until Tesup can come and rectify .

After reading a few negative reviews here, I was hesitant to buy without reassurance, but the customer support team was very helpful. They clarified all the questions I had and my order was delivered within a week. I needed some support during installation, but Nursu helped me with that too. All in all it’s been a positive experience for me and my wind turbine is rotating well on windy days. I bought a Magnum 5.

We purchased ATLAS 7 generally all our experience are good. Just I want to say maybe customer service will be better cause we have a many questions for turbine installation.

I purchased a Tessup Atlas Wind Turbine, service was very poor at best. Almost 9 months after purchase to receive unit.
Once installed by qualified Electrician, Unit DOES NOT START AT ADVERTISED WINDSPEED, ALMOST 2m/s more to get it turning (Have confirmed this with a Kestral Wind meter, which i use at work, and proven highly accurate). Then the Units Controller doesnt show AMPS (Guage Faulty), Voltage Does show on gauge. Customer service is very poor. And I would not recommend these products to anyone, in Australia.

ABSOLUTELY USELESS. I bought the Atlas X last year together with charge controller and Growatt Inverter.
I installed the unit on the roof of a building ( I live at 1400ft and get lots of wind ) however the turbine would not rotate. Tesup suggested removing 6 of the vanes which I did and to no avail.
I suspected that perhaps the location of the turbine was in a wind shadow due to other buildings so I relocated it to an open and unobstructed location.
Even a 25mph wind wont make it turn!!!!!!!
This company is a complete scam merchant

Has anybody taken TESUP to court to claim back the cost of the turbine?
Every review below says why not to buy a TESUP wind turbine. We have had the same experience and have given up on the turbine and purchased a different one, despite spending hours and a lot of money trying to get it to work. No help at all from Tesup. A con of a company. We have reported them to trading Standards.
