I asked something very specific about bonus max bet because I didn’t want to break rules. The agent just kept telling me to “check the terms” instead of giving a straight answer. If your own staff can’t explain your rules, how are players supposed to know?

Terms change too often
I swear the bonus terms were different last month. Came back, tried a reload bonus, suddenly max bet rules and game restrictions I don’t remember seeing before. It might be written somewhere, but changing rules this often just feels unfriendly to players.
