The scooter was the best I have ever owned. However, the rear controller failed after a month. I have been attempting to contact customer support since September 2024 but have received no response. While selling the scooter is a positive outcome, a customer is not only satisfied with the product’s quality but also with after-sales services. I have only used one controller and was informed that I was forcing it because I was only using one. In summary, I spent €5000 to purchase a scooter equivalent to a Kukirin G2.
When I first called, Michael spent almost 40 minutes explaining everything I needed, despite having warned me that his English is basic. This website provided the best service and prices, even free delivery within the EU, the price was some 25% cheaper than most EU sites, and even cheaper than the Bulgarian prices. I chose the wrong charger and the staff warned me about it. Delivered from Czezch Repubic to Bulgaria in approximately 9 days. I paid on 18 June, it was shipped on the 23th, probably due to me choosing the wrong charger (a few e-mails were needed for clarification), and received on July 1st.
