Increase your offers
Textbook offers of buyback should be more than they are considering how much we are forced to pay for them, even used books. This was simple and user friendly. However i and other students should be getting more at least 50% Back, not less then 15%. Its very frustrating paying over a hundred bucks for 1 book and getting less than 20 bucks offerd for buyback and seeing the used price of that book at 90 or 95 bucks.

Wow! They paid their quoted price!
Wow! After not using book buyback services for two years, I must say these guys did it right. Quoted a price, accepted delivery, inspected, cut check, mailed check.
I can't say anything positive about the other two services I used before finding these guys. Let's just say that one service "run books" through faking water damage after I sent perfectly mint condition books that were sealed in plastic bags inside the box so that they could cut down the Buy-Back price 75%. Textbookcashback was accurate and honest with me in the Fall of 2018. So rare in today's barely-literate, critical-thinking-starved world.
I hope that they are able to maintain this level of ethical business practices and not be tempted to go down the way that's so many buy back companies go...

it was a very uncomplicated process and returning and selling back my box. The reason I did not give the last star was because of pricing. I would have liked to have seen better pricing. Having said that, I would most likely use them again.
